About: I’ve had a dog in my life from the age of 4! I was a dog mom of an Akita for 12 years and he was behavior trained and house trained by me. I am also certified in K9 CPR. I love all dogs and you can rely on me to treat your furry companion as my own. From walks to bath time I will handle all your needs. I currently work from home so I have ample time to care for your pets as it fits their schedule you have for them! I am also a mom of a 5 year old so love, care and cleaning up are my specialties. I live in an apartment but we have tons of grassy areas on the grounds, a pond with a walking path right outside my door as well as a park within a 2 min walk. I also have dog toys, CPR Kit and bathing essentials stocked for all your fur baby needs!

As an owner of an Akita breed I understand powerful breeds, their pray drive and the structured/disciplined walks. I also remain attentive and gentle with smaller breeds and senior fur kids and I will customize every outing to your dog personality and distance they are willing to walk. Our walks will be fun, with good exercise, belly rubs if needed and great energy overall. Your fur kid's new best friend here! Compassionate, energetic, loving. If you pup likes energetic walks, dedicated playtime, and a constant stream of affection, or slow walk-sniff, I would love to meet them. I treat every animal like family and ensure they get respect and all the love and attention they crave while you're away or on a walk. My Akita boy of 11,7 years justed passed away and I would like to share my time with other fur kids. I trained him myself and have experience with dogs from puppy to senior season of life. I have a fenced yard and a lot of room to run if needed. I have a friendly senior akita and she wouldn't mind a company if needed. If I come to your house to check on your pup, I will follow the routine you prefer. On walks - it's all about your fur kid - pace, speed, length, quality of walk.

About: I’ve always had cats and dogs (and 9 other species) in my home, and I truly love all the fur babies in the whole wide world! Your pets are family, and I treat them that way. I’m attentive, organized, and detail-oriented (from my teaching background). I will provide expert, dependable care so your pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, giving meds, and helping pets who have special needs. I’m also big on communication (and sending pictures) so you have peace of mind while you’re away. My home is fun, loving, and full of attention. I’ll make sure your pets get plenty of affection, playtime, and care. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! My wife is a teacher so she is always home during the evenings and weekends. I work from home and enjoy having the extra company around the house. I have a fenced back yard and a big playful bernadoodle that loves to have friends over. (My dog can be relocated if your animals do not get along with others.) We live around a lake with plenty of great walking trails and big fenced in properties, lots of places to get good fresh air around us. Typically I take my dog somewhere to play of walk in the mornings, relax and get some work done until the afternoon, then try to get another walk in. We have lots of toys to play with and do lick mats and scent training games if weather is yucky.

Dianna was awesome! She was available for my last minute need and replied very quickly! She communicated very well, did a meet and greet, and kept me updated through the entire visit. Miss Jodi was so thorough and descriptive with Cléo's report cards and photos, which we deeply appreciated for our own peace of mind as we were traveling! She came in to help us out on very short notice and was so diligent in making sure every part of our instructions and care for Cléo was fulfilled, even when Cléo was busy hiding like a lil criminal. Pam was amazing once again! This was our second time booking with her, and we couldn't be happier. Our cat is usually very shy and rarely comes out for anyone, but with Pam, she came out to eat, took treats from her hand, and seemed so comfortable. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
