“Ms. Satomi took care of our puppy, it’s first time leaving out puppy with someone. We were very anxious in the beginning but Ms. Satomi did an awesome job in taking care, sending pictures two times a day while accommodating the puppy’s special diet restrictions. She is wonderful!!”

Marisa is so quick and efficient at communicating, you will never have to worry about waiting to hear back from her or not getting an update on your fur baby while you're away. She consistently sent pictures and updates on her own without me having to ask and showed Shiloh (our little bichon frise) all the love as if he was her own pet. They were super flexible with the pick-up and drop-off times and asked follow-up questions about Shiloh's care throughout his stay there to make sure he felt at home and was comfortable. Marisa and James are such a warm and lovely couple and I definitely would not hesitate in leaving Shiloh with them again. Thanks so much for your help!”

“Blanca and her boyfriend are very genuine and caring! They have two dogs of their own and you can tell that they would do anything for them. From the moment I met Blanca, I knew my Waffles would be in great hands! She sent me photos and videos and kept me updated on how things were going. I was running behind on dropping him off and she was very understanding and easy going. They are very active and love to take your dog for a walk, go to the dog park and play in the back yard with them. I already scheduled to book them again for an upcoming trip and will be using them for future trips to come! Y’all are the best, thanks again!”

“I am very thankful for Kai's one day boarding experience with DeAnna. DeAnna met with Kai beforehand to make sure Kai will adapt with the her home and other pets she has. She took very good care of him and sent me many pictures of him during the day. She walked him both in the morning and evening and she lets him sleep in her bedroom during the night. From the pictures i got, I could tell that Kai was having a really good time with other dogs and her family. DeAnna has been very responsive with communications and responsible for details to make sure he is secure and happy. Thank you, DeAnna!”
