I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! Couldn’t have asked for more. Jeffrey took great care of our dogs and gave us regular updates. He’s very easy to work with, and I felt at ease knowing he was taking care of them. I’d happily recommend him to anyone, and he’ll be my first call any time we need someone to watch our dogs.
Alisha was very understanding of my dog's personality and answered all my questions. Thought the stay she updated me with photos and videos that helped me feel more comfortable. I had to book last minute as well and Alisha was super accommodating with the booking.
Glenda was great watching Kit! She kept me updated throughout the stay with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It was clear that Kit was well cared for and getting lots of attention. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the regular updates. I would definitely book with Glenda again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.
Cederic was fantastic. He took care of our two medium sized dogs for a week and he was very communicative. The dogs came back exhausted which is a good sign that they were well taken care of. They didn’t want to leave Cederic! Would certainly recommend Cederic for all dog services.
