I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Rover Review We had such a wonderful experience with Alexa and her husband! They took amazing care of Pearl for five nights while we were away, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such great hands. Alexa sent us plenty of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which we absolutely loved and appreciated! They truly went above and beyond to make Pearl feel at home. Alexa even makes her own homemade dog treats, which Pearl was OBSESSED with, and she monogrammed them with Pearl’s initial — such a thoughtful and adorable touch! 🥹 You can tell how much Alexa and her husband genuinely love and care for the dogs they watch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be using Alexa again. We would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pup!
Heidi was incredible and made the process stress free from the very start; she knew our boy was reactive and made sure he was comfortable with her before we booked his stay and was attentive during. Sending us so many photos and updates while were away helped ease my anxiety as I have never used Rover before and I was incredibly thankful for her as this was Atlas' first time in someone elses home! Kendra was amazing! She was so attentive, kind, and caring. She sent me photos and kept me updated on Ariel every day. Since Ariel has seizures, Kendra immediately texted me whenever something happened and kept me informed about what was going on. I felt completely at ease knowing Ariel was in her care.
