About: What sets me apart as a sitter is the experience and genuine love I bring to caring for every pet. I’ve been pet sitting for about 10 years and have cared for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and temperaments, including pets with complex diets and medication needs. I’ve also had the opportunity to care for many cats and have grown to absolutely love them, despite growing up in an all-dog household! Most importantly, I truly love animals and want every pet in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing that while you’re away, your furry family member is receiving the same care, attention, and affection I would want for my own. I work full time in the week, but I do not work on the weekends. I am excellent at time management and would make plenty of time to care for your pets and meet their needs. While caring for your pet in your home, I’ll make their routine and comfort my top priority. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including their feeding schedule, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs they may have. I’ll give them plenty of attention, affection, and companionship while also respecting their individual personality and boundaries. I’ll keep their space clean and tidy, provide regular updates and photos so you know how they’re doing, and treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. My boys love David. He has been with them since they were healthy. Till they developed special needs and has always come through with them. Including meds etc. Has respected our house. And overall a great person. As long as he is around. We will keep him coming back for our boys!
Michelle is awesome and very caring with our cat Barrel. She spent the time with him on what he enjoyed doing that day playing with toys or just relaxing. Rory is THE best. She is incredibly reliable and communicative and does a great job checking in on my cats whenever I am away. One of my cats requires an inhaler twice a day, and Rory always does exactly as required. I really have such a piece of mine whenever I am out of town because I know my cats are in great hands. And, they love her!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
