“Marshall took great care of our little buddy while we were out of town this week. We got updates and pictures at each drop in visit, and followed all of the instructions we left. We would definitely recommend Marta and Marshall!”

“Sebnem's service and attention to detail was exceptional. This was my first time using Rover and Sebnem made my husband and I feel at ease at our Meet & Greet. She took great care of our 2 kitties and provided lots of photos. Sebnem provided quick and thorough responses when we had a question. We usually board our cats with our vet and while they are well cared for its a stressful environment for the cats. They are so much happier at home and I will definitely book with Rover and Sebnem again. Thank you so much ❤️”

“Zac was great and definitely went above and beyond taking good care of my Dog and my "fish" lol. I could not have asked for better. I am always very nervous about leaving my dog and he made me feel very comfortable about being away. I will definitely use him again to take care of Dotty. :-)”

About: I am a Plano local who worked at a professional pet sitting and dog walking business for 5 years. I am passionate about pets and meeting all of their needs. Including walking, feeding, administering medication, and lots of love! I am currently getting my teaching certification while I am teaching at a dance studio. This Summer, I have a very flexible schedule between my online teaching certification courses and teaching occasional dance classes/camps. I can fit in as many dog walks and pet sits as you need! You can trust me to safely care for your pet in your home and make them feel comfortable in their own environment. I can easily crate dogs and attend to any pets' needs while giving them an abundance of love! I am knowledgeable on alarm systems, lock pads, keys, walks, and medication while keeping tidiness and respect for your space.
“Phung was great!! She is so nice and was so good with my cat, Luna! I was not worried while I was away one bit!! She updated me every visit and sent me the best pictures of Luna each time!! I would recommend her to all and I would definitely use her again!”

“I am SO thankful for the kind care that Kenzie has provided to my sweet girl who is a little older and can be very skiddish. It’s so reassuring that she runs into their home and she looks so happy and comfy with them in photos! They have saved me in my inconsistent schedule as a health care provider and provide my girl with comfort and love. Couldn’t be more thrilled that I found them through this app!”

“Sabrina always does an awesome job checking in our cats when we are out of town. I know she'll take good care of them and added bonus, she'll bring in my mail and packages. She always washes the cat dishes so I don't come back to a sink full of dirty dishes. <3”

“Clara was amazing at making sure sky was well taken care of and stimulated every time she came over! She was patient when she first met him, and understanding of his needs because he has trouble being around new people but Clara had no issues with it and was able to find a way to work with him. If you have a fur baby or pet that needs special care and attention, Clara is the person to hire! Always took pictures and was respectful of the space. 10/10 would highly recommend!”

“They were amazing. My dog is older and gets lonely This was our first time leaving her with someone other than family They made us feel comfortable. She enjoyed seeing them every visit Highly recommended!”

“Madison was great! She was very communicative the whole time and took good care of Ollie. Ollie is very shy and takes time to trust people…she was patient and built that trust and he finally came out and loved her! We would definitely use Madison again.”

Marshall took care of my Gemma for 3 days and was so great with her. He came to do a meet-and-greet beforehand and I knew she would be well taken care of. He was great about sending a thorough update and photos at ever visit. He is so mild-mannered and you can tell he cares about the pets he looks after. I would highly recommend him.

I can't recommend this cat sitter highly enough! From the moment we left, I knew our cats were in caring and capable hands. Not only did they provide excellent care for our cat—making sure they were fed, comfortable, and given plenty of attention—but they also went above and beyond by helping with several household responsibilities while we were away. They brought in our mail regularly, put the trash and recycling bins out on collection day, and kept an eye on the house, which gave us tremendous peace of mind during our trip. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos that reassured us our cats were happy and well cared for. It's rare to find someone who is both dependable and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help with extra tasks made all the difference. We returned home to happy cats and a well-maintained house. We will absolutely be booking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional pet sitter.

Kennedy is a great cat sitter! She has sat for us a few times now and has gotten our very shy cat to come out which does not usually happen. She is very communicative and always sends pictures and videos which we really appreciate when we are away. I would highly recommend her!

Taylor did a great job with my girls as always! I was so grateful that she was available and willing to drop in and check on my kitties while I was out of town. Everything went well and the kitties also know and trust her now. Would definitely recommend and would book with Taylor again and again!

Jonathan is truly the best dog sitter I’ve ever had for Ranger. I had to leave town unexpectedly, and he went above and beyond in every way. He followed Ranger’s schedule perfectly while adding thoughtful touches that kept him happy, active, and loved the entire time. I had complete peace of mind knowing Ranger was in such great hands. What really impressed me is that Jonathan is amazing with large dogs—Ranger used to pull on walks, and now he’s noticeably better. It felt like I had a dog sitter and a trainer in one. This experience was on a completely different level than any pet sitter I’ve used before. I won’t leave town again without checking Jonathan’s availability first. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
