About: I've had my dog, Tucker, for the past eight years, and our daily walks are one of my favorite parts of the day. I'd love the opportunity to meet your dog and make their walks just as enjoyable! I've been dog walking, providing drop-in visits, and pet sitting for friends and family since I was young. I know pets are family, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I recently graduated college and am currently searching for a full-time job, so I have a very flexible schedule. I would love to spend my free time caring for people's pets! About: I grew up with dogs and previously had one of my own, so caring for them feels very natural to me. I genuinely love animals, and when a dog is in my care, their comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priority. Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, I can be present throughout the day and keep routines consistent, whether that means meals, potty breaks, playtime, walks, or medications given at the same time each day. I know how important consistency is for dogs, especially when they are staying somewhere new, and I do my best to make them feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for. I can’t currently have a dog of my own full-time because my work sometimes requires travel, which is part of why pet sitting means so much to me. I treat every dog in my care with the same attention, affection, and responsibility I would give my own. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care fits very easily into my day. I can be home throughout the day for play time, feeding, bathroom breaks, and walks rather than leaving pets alone for long stretches. Your pet’s comfort and safety would be my priority. I live in an apartment, but I have two fenced-in patio areas for safe outdoor time, and I can also provide supervised walks and activity during the day. I’m careful about following each pet owner’s routine and instructions so their dog feels as comfortable and settled as possible. I’m also happy to send updates and photos while your pet is with me. I know it can feel nerve-wracking to trust someone else with your pet, so I carry pet-care insurance through Pet Sitters Associates for added peace of mind. My coverage applies to the services I offer, including sitting, walks, drop-ins, and boarding at my apartment, and includes expanded coverage for client pets plus additional property/bond coverage.

“Catherine was so great with my boy! She was punctual, communicative, took lots of pictures, and went above & beyond to make sure he was taken care of. He is big and can get a bit skiddish outside/with new people but she was able to handle him really well. I appreciated that she cleaned up when he had an accident in the hallway, and even made an additional stop by my place to make sure he went #2 when he was too scared to go earlier in the day. About: I am a real animals lover who is finally in college at middle age to become a veterinary nurse so that I can get paid to take care of animals full-time. I have always lived in a household with some kind of animal whether it be dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, ferrets, etc. I wouldn't feel comfortable living in a home without a dog or some animal. I have worked in several dog daycare environment with all breeds of dogs. I have cleaned kennels as well as feeding, watering, medicating, etc. I am a seasoned dog walker as I walk my own dogs at least twice a day. I believe that animals need and deserve daily exercise in order to be happy and healthy. Just like children, animals are a 24 hour commitment. I work full time at a dog daycare and boarding facility but I would love to work part time as a dog walker. Let play. I would love to take long or short walks as well as play with your dog in your backyard. Potty breaks are necessary for any dog, so I’m ready to be there for your dog.
