I’m working and can provide care outside hours of 7:30am-5pm while I’m at work. I will accommodate your pets routine and am happy to check in 1-2 times a day if not staying over night

A typical day
It depends on your pets personality. Through out the years I’ve taken care of many different types. Some love running and being outside, others are very excited to play with their toys, and others love a leisurely walk. Whether your pet seems to thrive from training, walks, or puzzles and more, I’m happy to engage with them in whatever way fits their interests.

I bring 15 years of personal experience managing a multi-dog household (3 at a time!), which has taught me how to handle different personalities and energy levels. Along with 3 years of cat care, I offer a patient and responsible approach to pet sitting. Im I’m detail-oriented and I treat every feeding schedule and walk with care. I used to be on Wag! mostly as an on demand walker and am transitioning to Rover for for house sitting opportunities.

Yumika is an excellent dogsitter! She stayed with my two doodle dogs while I was traveling. Her communication daily with photos kept me updated and assured. I came home to two tired and happy pups and she left my home immaculate. I highly recommend Yumika and have already referred her to my neighbors!
I ask Yumika to watch my cats every time I’m out of town because she’s a great pet sitter! I write out specific instructions for food and care, and she always follows them exactly. She goes above and beyond by staying with my cats a little longer than I request, playing with them, and making sure they’re not just home alone all the time while I’m away. Definitely recommend hiring her.
We highly recommend Yumika as a pet sitter. She has taken care of our two cats, Toki and Tamago, on numerous occasions while we were traveling, and she has consistently gone above and beyond. Yumika is reliable, attentive, and clearly loves animals. She made sure our cats were well-fed, kept their litter box clean, and spent quality time playing with them so they stayed happy and comfortable while we were away. We always appreciated the updates and peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Toki and Tamago warmed up to her quickly, which says a lot about her calm and caring nature. Yumika is a great caregiver! She has had many pets herself and helps watch over her friends & family's pets when they're away. She's my go-to friend when I need someone to look after my dogs when I'm out of town or running late!
