I trusted Olive with the care of my pets and my home, and unfortunately the experience was extremely concerning. The care instructions and expectations were clearly explained in advance, and Olive acknowledged and agreed to them. After accepting the responsibility, she decided it was “too much work” and abandoned my pets for approximately two days with no proper care arrangements in place. During that time, my pets were left locked in cages and alone for extended periods, their food ran out without any notice to me, and they appeared visibly stressed and neglected afterward. As a pet owner, it was heartbreaking to discover the condition they were left in. I also have serious concerns about the safety of my home during her care. The alarm system was not properly used, and somehow a kitchen breaker was blown while I was away, creating additional risk and stress. Communication during the situation was poor, and I was not properly informed about what was happening. I chose Olive believing my pets would be cared for responsibly and compassionately. Instead, I feel they were neglected and placed in an unsafe situation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services to anyone who truly values the safety, care, and well-being of their pets and home..

Olive is incredible. Our sweet dog loves playing with Olive and is so comfortable with her. Olive gives our girl and our home the highest level of care. Olive provides daily updates which are super helpful and we love seeing photos of our girl living her best life. We’d give her 10 stars if we could.
