“Alexandria was beyond amazing! She sent me photos, gave me any updates and responded right away when I reached out. My pup got so much fresh air and sunshine he was sad to leave her! When he had his hotspot reaction from his allergies she was very helpful with making sure he was feeling better. I have 3 trips planned for this year so far and I’ve already put in my requests to her! Thank youuuuu from myself and Dicey ?”

Plans changed due to a loved one falling ill, and they were amazingly flexible and accommodating of a much longer stay at short notice. They were incredibly communicative, sent loads of photos and most of all, treated Austin with so much love and affection. He loved being with all the other dogs too and made lots of new friends!
