“Always a quick response. Was a speedy booking experience with an immediate confirmation for Harley's stay. Michael was excellent to work with before, during, and after the entire process. I was able to be there when all the pups were introduced, and had a tour of where they would be staying. I started getting updates the day I dropped off Harley, and multiple pictures everyday. My first booking with rover and it couldn’t been greater. As a dog owner, I rarely leave my dogs over to new people’s places. They aren’t the most trained dogs with their quirks and were with me during covid and developed separation anxiety, So coming into booking and having to attend a wedding, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
