She was able to make him a comfortable spot by the window since she noticed how much he loved looking outside. I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! I can’t express how grateful we are for Carl and Laufey- we moved and then had had a tripped planned and have 2 large dobermans. I am very skeptical trusting just anyone with the breed as you need to know how to handle them and not walk all over you. Add being in a new spot, moving, stress but the dogs did amazing and they were kept to their exact routine. We also got pictures and updates everyday which were perfect. We will absolutely use again.
David is exactly what this neurotic dog family needs. Our two dogs love both long and short stays with him, and we get endless photos and thoughtfully curated videos of them eating, playing, sleeping, and just hanging out. He’s incredibly responsive and truly understands how hard it is to be away from your pups while traveling. Thank you David!! Kasha and Ollie already miss you!

This was Patches first stay with Justin and Brent and it was great! They both kept me updated on his eating and meds and sent me photos of Patches relaxing inside and hanging out in the yard.
