His reviews were TOP NOTCH with 70 reviews (anyone who can please 70 people and result in a still perfect 5.0 is amazing! I was initially nervous but after meeting him I never gave my animal’s care a second thought. You can tell he LOVES animals and is patient and puts their care at the very top. Maple has a lot of energy and he and his husband handled it so well and showed so much compassion and love toward her! So did their dogs, Molly & Cooper. Andres sent daily updates with great photos and videos of Maple so I never had to worry about anything. It’s clear they truly love dogs and go above and beyond to care for them. I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! Zachary is so good with both my dogs and incredibly kind, I can’t recommend him enough. He’s very responsive and is always sending me updates and photos of my dogs, who always look so happy while in his care. It’s so important to be able to trust the person caring for your pet and Zachary has made it incredibly easy by caring for mine as if they were his own. Jeffrey provided amazing care for both our puppy and our older dog! He was very proactive with updates and sent plenty of photos, which we loved. He even went above and beyond to give our Frenchie some extra love and care when he had some typical Frenchie issues. We felt completely at ease and will definitely book with Jeffrey again!
Shadeenah was so great with my dog. It was my first time ever leaving her with a dog sitter and she made me feel so comfortable with watching Mini. She sent me pictures everyday and spoiled Mini her entire time with her. She will now be my first option whenever Mini needs to get watched I was so impressed with how good she did with her.
