“I have been using an independent sitter who recently retired. Melinda has been very good in helping me get started with Rover. She helped me through the sitter selection and booking process. She then provided me with a checklist to prepare for Missy's stay with her. She was waiting to welcome Missy and me when we arrived at her home. Missy is a rescue and somewhat timid with strangers. She seemed to be comfortable with Melinda from the start. Based on photos and comments from Melinda, it was apparent she was well cared for and readily adapting to the new environment. She was happy to see me when I picked her up, but not at all stressed. Melinda gave me a short debrief and off we went. After a few days back home, it was apparent that she was not traumatized by her stay of over a week. I am very happy with Melinda and plan to use her as my sitter in the future. I have already booked my next sitting for next week. Melinda is definitely a 5 star sitter, just ask Missy.”

When my flight was unexpectedly delayed by a full day, they were so kind and flexible, happily keeping Tux for an extra night without hesitation. Patricia took great care of our dog while we were away. She sent me pictures everyday and I could tell they went on lots of walks and he was getting a lot of attention. She also has a sweet dog of her own so I know our pup was happy to make a friend. We will definitely use Patricia again.

Our second time with Kim was great! She was consistent with pictures and updates, which I love. It also seems like my dog is ALWAYS having a good time whether she is cozy on the couch/dog bed or outside on the balcony OR outside chasing squirrels. Definitely definitely always a rebook. Zeus absolutely loved his time with Stephanie (and Sam), and I loved the updates and pictures she sent to me! I would happily have Zeus stay with Stephanie again on future occasions.
