I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! I would definitely be using Lilivette again for any of trips where I may have to leave Chuckie!!! if I could give more stars I would!!!!!”

“I have been using an independent sitter who recently retired. Melinda has been very good in helping me get started with Rover. She helped me through the sitter selection and booking process. She then provided me with a checklist to prepare for Missy's stay with her. She was waiting to welcome Missy and me when we arrived at her home. Missy is a rescue and somewhat timid with strangers. She seemed to be comfortable with Melinda from the start. Based on photos and comments from Melinda, it was apparent she was well cared for and readily adapting to the new environment. She was happy to see me when I picked her up, but not at all stressed. Melinda gave me a short debrief and off we went. After a few days back home, it was apparent that she was not traumatized by her stay of over a week. I am very happy with Melinda and plan to use her as my sitter in the future. I have already booked my next sitting for next week. Melinda is definitely a 5 star sitter, just ask Missy.”
