This statement coming from myself is not expressed lightly as I am the definition of a ‘crazy dog mom’. Naturally, I get high anxiety having to leave my pup behind during travel as I typically try and take her everywhere. About: I have had & dog sat multiple dogs of all sizes for my entire life in addition to regular foster & volunteer work! I've fostered multiple dogs with DAS and adopted my last foster, Josie (the first dog photographed). She is a 50lb ~2yr old pup that loves to play and will keep your dog occupied! Prepare to have storage on your phone, because you'll be getting lots of photos of our adventures. I typically always have someone home during the day and recently moved to a townhome with a yard for play space and easy potty breaks. I always walk my pups in the morning and evening with a mid-day potty break when necessary. Knowing how important routine is, let me know how YOU care for your dog so we can mimic the same routine to maximize their comfort! My dog, Josie, is in her crate when I am away and at night, but this is not a requirement for other dogs in our home!

If you’re traveling to/from Lovefield Airport, I live only a minute away so it’s a quick stop to drop off/pick up your pup🐶 I am an elementary school teacher so I only work weekdays from 7am-4:30pm. My husband works from home so your pup will not be left alone or unattended during their stay. I’m available for boarding all throughout the week and weekends. My schedule is super flexible and I am available during holiday breaks. I have a fenced front and backyard and I have a friendly, 6 year old shih tzu, Lenny, to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog as needed. I also have available bedding and toys for your pup to use during their stay.

“If I had to describe John in one word, it would be “amazing.” We are new to Dallas and needed someone to walk our two dogs on very short notice, and John was kind enough to step in and help. Our dogs are not difficult, but they definitely have their own personalities. One is a 120 lb German Shepherd who loves chasing squirrels (and climb trees to meet their families), rabbits, and sometimes even butterflies, and he also thinks he needs to make friends with every dog he sees. Our other one is an 18 lb Shih Tzu who is a little pampered and does not like walking in the sun. What really stood out to us was how patient, caring, and thoughtful John was with both of them. During the first couple of days, when our Shih Tzu decided he was done walking after finishing his business, John actually picked him up and carried him while continuing the walk because our German Shepherd still wanted more time outside. For the last few days, he even walked them separately so each of them could get the individual attention they needed. That level of care says a lot about John. He was always on time, courteous, respectful, responsible, and genuinely loving toward our dogs. We are very thankful for his help and would definitely look forward to having him take care of our boys again in the future.”

“My boarding experience with Kelli was great, you can quickly tell she is an animal lover which put us at ease as we are fairly new to Rover. Her beagle Mack is a sweet, older dog who gets along well with other dogs. Kelli was quick to respond to texts/emails and sent several pics which was reassuring. The nice sized fenced yard where the dogs can play is a big positive. I will absolutely use Kelli again.”
