“I cannot express the utmost gratitude I have for Lilivette! I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! I would definitely be using Lilivette again for any of trips where I may have to leave Chuckie!!! if I could give more stars I would!!!!!”

“Meghan and John were phenomenal! Their initial communication was very quick and they continued quick responses throughout the full stay. They were super accommodating to my pups, wanted to know all the things about them so they cared for them how they needed and made them feel at home. Daily communication was great, they kept me updated on everything and sent a ton of pictures throughout the day. Pickup was even better - they summarized the visit, helped me get the pups to the car and even worked with me on a delayed pickup time due to my flight delays. They were amazing, we will be back. Going to a new sitter is always nerve wrecking for me but they made this so easy! Thank you both so much!”

“My boarding experience with Kelli was great, you can quickly tell she is an animal lover which put us at ease as we are fairly new to Rover. Her beagle Mack is a sweet, older dog who gets along well with other dogs. Kelli was quick to respond to texts/emails and sent several pics which was reassuring. The nice sized fenced yard where the dogs can play is a big positive. I will absolutely use Kelli again.”
