“I left my puppy with Shuai while I was on a trip, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my pup received. He took great care of my puppy — walking him every morning and evening, playing with him, and making sure he felt comfortable and happy the whole time. His apartment is very clean, and he sent us videos and texts many times throughout the day to keep us updated and reassure us. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible boarder!”

I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog!
