A few things we ask of you: We ask that your dog be socialized. We want them to enjoy their stay with us and not be made anxious by our small dog. While we don't expect anything but fun, snuggles and kisses, we do live within one mile of an emergency pet hospital (Hillside Veterinary Clinic) but if there a a different vet you would feel more comfortable in case of emergency, please provide us with that information. We are totally breed inclusive and think all breeds are great! We also ask that you bring your pup's collar with tags, leash, 1-2 extra days of food in case you are delayed, and bed and/or crate. Please leave your pup’s toys at home, we have plenty, soft and tough!

We live right by Ridgewood Trail! We love going on walks on this trail, we even get to pass one yard that has goats in it and that is always a hit with the dogs! We also like going to White Rock Dog Park and Swiss Dog Park, but if any of these concern you please let us know and we will skip them for your pet.

Hello! We are a home of 1 wiggle butt dog who love making new friends! We own a house conveniently located just off of Abrams Road with a fenced in yard for play time, and we even have a small dog door so the smaller doggos can let themselves in and out! We also live within easy walking distance to Ridgewood trail to provide your dogs with excellent walks! I, Melinda, am at home full time, and my husband is home in the evenings so someone will be able to be with your beloved pet at all times. We have over 6 years of experience with puppies, senior dogs, large dogs, hyper dogs, needy dogs, squish faced dogs and even special needs dogs! We look forward to getting to love on your dogs and learning their unique personalities to become their friend.

I have been using an independent sitter who recently retired. Melinda has been very good in helping me get started with Rover. She helped me through the sitter selection and booking process. She then provided me with a checklist to prepare for Missy's stay with her. She was waiting to welcome Missy and me when we arrived at her home. Missy is a rescue and somewhat timid with strangers. She seemed to be comfortable with Melinda from the start. Based on photos and comments from Melinda, it was apparent she was well cared for and readily adapting to the new environment. She was happy to see me when I picked her up, but not at all stressed. Melinda gave me a short debrief and off we went. After a few days back home, it was apparent that she was not traumatized by her stay of over a week. I am very happy with Melinda and plan to use her as my sitter in the future. I have already booked my next sitting for next week. Melinda is definitely a 5 star sitter, just ask Missy.
I highly recommend Melinda & Craig to watch your furbaby!!! Melina is great to always send photos and videos of my dog. She also is so flexible when life happens. Couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter!
Albie loves Melinda and Craig. Their house is basically a well organized dog park with lots of places to snuggle and play. I’m so glad we found them! We feel so happy to leave Albie with them!
