Work from home dog mom with yard!
Hello! We are a home of 1 wiggle butt dog who love making new friends! We own a house conveniently located just off of Abrams Road with a fenced in yard for play time, and we even have a small dog door so the smaller doggos can let themselves in and out! We also live within easy walking distance to Ridgewood trail to provide your dogs with excellent walks! I, Melinda, am at home full time, and my husband is home in the evenings so someone will be able to be with your beloved pet at all times. We have over 6 years of experience with puppies, senior dogs, large dogs, hyper dogs, needy dogs, squish faced dogs and even special needs dogs! We look forward to getting to love on your dogs and learning their unique personalities to become their friend.

Melinda just recently started to do drop-ins with our senior pup to let him out and hang with him for a bit while we’re at work, and she’s been fantastic. She’s excellent at committing and is super responsive via Rover messaging. Melinda is reliable and responsible, we never have to worry about whether she’s going to show up. Our dog, Oliver, absolutely adores her too…we can see how happy he is in the pics she includes with his report card. Would absolutely recommend Melinda to care for your pup!
Our Ellie girl came home a happy pup after staying at Melinda's. Melinda was quick to respond, sent photos and has a vetted care regimen that made us feel at ease and comfortable for Ellie. Thank you!

This is my second visit to Melinda. Missy seemed to fit right into the routine, was again well cared for and not the least bit stressed out when returning back to my house.
Lester loved his first stay with Melinda!! They were so kind and patient with him and we loved getting the daily updates. He can’t wait to go back!!
I have been using an independent sitter who recently retired. Melinda has been very good in helping me get started with Rover. She helped me through the sitter selection and booking process. She then provided me with a checklist to prepare for Missy's stay with her. She was waiting to welcome Missy and me when we arrived at her home. Missy is a rescue and somewhat timid with strangers. She seemed to be comfortable with Melinda from the start. Based on photos and comments from Melinda, it was apparent she was well cared for and readily adapting to the new environment. She was happy to see me when I picked her up, but not at all stressed. Melinda gave me a short debrief and off we went. After a few days back home, it was apparent that she was not traumatized by her stay of over a week. I am very happy with Melinda and plan to use her as my sitter in the future. I have already booked my next sitting for next week. Melinda is definitely a 5 star sitter, just ask Missy.

We live right by Ridgewood Trail! We love going on walks on this trail, we even get to pass one yard that has goats in it and that is always a hit with the dogs! We also like going to White Rock Dog Park and Swiss Dog Park, but if any of these concern you please let us know and we will skip them for your pet.
