Loving, caring, and active!
Growing up, I had a Fox Terrier and a German Shepherd (Bronzy & Leia). There is no better feeling than watching them grow, teaching them commands, & having them by your side. In college, my roommates always had pups that I could play with and spoil! My heart was full again🥰❤ I have watched countless of pups over night, short/long stays over the years. I love all shapes and sizes and enjoy taking them on long walks (careful with Dallas sun as well). I am very observant of my surroundings and protective of any dog I am walking/taking care of. I cannot wait to meet your fur-baby! I absolutely love my apartment because there are grassy areas all around the building with disposal areas and it is a quiet & quaint neighborhood. The Katy Trail and some awesome parks are also nearby for longer walks.

I wish I could leave Karla 10 stars because she deserves it! She helped us out in a pinch and was so flexible but most importantly she was caring and sweet to our two doggies. I appreciated how well she communicated. Hands down, she is the best sitter we have used through Rover. Look forward to using her services again!
Karla was a great sitter! She picked up Zeus and dropped him off and sent me a lot of pictures during Zeus’ stay. She made me feel comfortable with leaving my dog with a complete stranger. Would definitely use Karla again!

Karla is so good with Java! She usually doesn’t like anyone except for me, but I’m so grateful Karla is able to come and walk Java in the middle of the work day. I love the Rover card I get & it makes time go by that much faster!

I am currently not working, which means I have loads of time for pup and cat sitting 🙌🏼 My schedule is very flexible at this time.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment complex with easy access to grassy areas. I am observant, keep them on a leash for safety and love quality time with them. If I care for them over the weekend, I plan to spend the most time with them, going on walks at the park (if you’re comfortable with that), relaxing & cuddling! I don't mind if they are on my furniture/bed 🥰 If you don't allow yours on furniture, it will be off limits here too- I try to keep them on their same schedule and have them abide by the rules you have placed so they don't develop bad habits.
A typical day
We will go on long walks, trips to the park, and fetching/playing with their favorite toy. I try my best to keep them on the same schedule as when they are at home, in regards to feeding times/sleeping schedule, potty breaks etc.
