Leaving your pet for that long can be stressful, but Cynthia made us feel completely at ease from the very beginning. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly treated Dobby like one of her own. We loved receiving updates and knowing he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. When we returned, it was obvious he had been given so much attention, love, and care. We are so grateful to have found someone we trust with our fur baby, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Cynthia again in the future. During the stay, she sent multiple pictures and videos (including slomo shots) and provided updates from neighborhood walks and her observations of Rumi as she explored new environments. “I cannot express the utmost gratitude I have for Lilivette! I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! I would definitely be using Lilivette again for any of trips where I may have to leave Chuckie!!! if I could give more stars I would!!!!!”
