“I was very impressed with Alisha. Prior to her stay at my house I had her come over to meet the animals and to show her where everything was. She was very communicative, letting me know when she was on her way, and punctual. My dogs liked her (one can be standoffish at first), which is always a good sign. During her stay she let me know when she arrived at the house, sent me picture updates, and mentioned any concerns she had (one of my dogs has cancer, so I was very appreciative of her keeping me updated about his health). We came home to a tidy house and our animals were healthy and well cared for. Alisha is very trustworthy, and I have no hesitation to recommend her services. When I came home from my trip, I could tell my dog and cat felt so comfortable, calm, and happy with Cortney while I was away. She'd be great for pets who are anxious or need more specialized care because of her knowledge on dog/cat training and genuine want to connect with animals. She gave me the perfect amount of updates/pictures at the end of every day. Cortney is also a very talented pet portrait artist for anyone lucky enough to see her work!
I am not someone who leaves my fur babies with just anyone. Outside of family, it's a hard no for me. So when I decided to try Rover for the first time this past weekend, I was honestly a little nervous. But Jhanell completely put my mind at ease. She took care of all three of my babies, Koda, Khloe, and Indy, and I could tell right away that they were in good hands. She checked in with me every day while I was gone, which I appreciated more than she probably knows. There is nothing worse than being away and wondering if your pets are okay. She made sure I never had to wonder. When I got home, all three of them were happy, calm, and clearly well taken care of. That right there told me everything I needed to know. And beyond being a great sitter, Jhanell is just a genuinely sweet and kind person. You can feel it when you talk to her. She really cares, and it shows. I will definitely be using her again, and I have already been telling my friends about her. If you are someone like me who is very particular about who watches your pets, give Jhanell a chance. You will not be disappointed. 🐾
Diego stayed with my baby girl for a full week while I was overseas. I felt so reassured by his updates and videos and photos. Yuliana did an outstanding job caring for our golden retriever, Mav, and watching our home while we were away. Shannon house sat for us and watched our two cats for two weeks, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We left very specific instructions, and she followed them perfectly. She was professional, reliable, and a prompt communicator throughout our trip. Shannon sent us updates and cute photos at least once a day, exactly as we had asked. We had a great experience with Holly! It was our first time using a Rover for our 1 year old Aussie, Birdie. This is the second time Kelsey has stayed at my house and taken care of all my pets and once again she did an excellent job. One of my dogs had just had ACL repair surgery and I trusted her completely to follow the doctor’s instructions and to give her the medications that were prescribed.
