About: Animals have always held a special place in my heart, which is why pet sitting is something I genuinely love—not just something I offer. For years, I’ve been the go-to sitter for friends and family, caring for furbabies of all types, personalities, and quirks. I’ve grown skilled at intuitively understanding what each animal needs, whether that’s high energy playtime, gentle cuddles, slow bonding, or simply a calm presence while their humans are away. When your furbaby is with me, they’re treated like family. I honor their routines, keep their world peaceful and fun, and make sure they feel safe & loved. We’ll spend our time doing the things that make them happiest, and I’ll keep you connected with plenty of photos, videos, and sweet updates—so you feel close to them every step of the way. I am self-employed and have a flexible schedule. Pet sitting is a big part of what I do, but there will be days when I'm out of the house for a few hours or longer (on occasion up to 8 hours, but that's not a regular thing) tending to my other work. For the most part, I have ample availability during the week and/or weekends for pet sitting or other pet care...and I will divulge any prior obligations that would pull me away for large chunks of time before we book to make sure you're comfortable with my schedule during the stay. Safety, trust, and comfort are at the core of my care. In your home, I make sure all potentially hazardous items are out of reach and create a calm, secure environment for your pet. I stay attentive and present—checking in regularly so your furry friend is never left unattended for long. On walks, your dog will always be securely leashed, and outings stay within the routes and activities you’re comfortable with. I honor each pet’s boundaries and follow their cues, letting them “tell” me what they want or don’t want during our time together. I also take home security seriously—keeping doors locked, alarms or lights used as instructed—and will treat your home with the same TLC as I would my own. I’m prepared for emergencies and stay calm and level-headed, contacting you and your vet (if needed) to ensure your pet gets prompt attention. “We highly recommend Dylan’s services, especially if you have pets that need special attention and/or you require house-sitting services. Dylan went above and beyond to care for our dogs and our home! Because one of our dogs—a deaf, senior, Boston Terrier w/multiple health issues—is particularly high maintenance and we were to depart quite early in the morning, Dylan was amenable to coming to our home in advance for a meet and greet and to get up to speed w/atypical feeding and fairly extensive medication, our household needs, etc. We really appreciated his willingness on that count! During our 5 day trip, Dylan remained very attentive to our dogs and their needs and sent many photos to document. He was quick to respond when we checked in but did not hesitate to also let us know if he observed anything out of the ordinary. We received loads of pictures each day to let us know all was well. Since Dylan’s primary work is remote, he was able to be onsite with our dogs and our home not only overnight but much of each day as well. Between multiple walks each day, Dylan retrieved packages and mail, watered outdoor plants and more. Then Dylan again went above and beyond for our return. Our quite late return flight meant we didn’t return home until midnight. Dylan was more than accommodating. Upon our return we found happy, well-cared for dogs and our home in as good or better condition than when we left.”

I am not someone who leaves my fur babies with just anyone. Outside of family, it's a hard no for me. So when I decided to try Rover for the first time this past weekend, I was honestly a little nervous. But Jhanell completely put my mind at ease. She took care of all three of my babies, Koda, Khloe, and Indy, and I could tell right away that they were in good hands. She checked in with me every day while I was gone, which I appreciated more than she probably knows. There is nothing worse than being away and wondering if your pets are okay. She made sure I never had to wonder. When I got home, all three of them were happy, calm, and clearly well taken care of. That right there told me everything I needed to know. And beyond being a great sitter, Jhanell is just a genuinely sweet and kind person. You can feel it when you talk to her. She really cares, and it shows. I will definitely be using her again, and I have already been telling my friends about her. If you are someone like me who is very particular about who watches your pets, give Jhanell a chance. Alexandra took wonderful care of my senior dog, Panda! She was highly responsive and kept me updated with daily photos, which gave me real peace of mind. She was also incredibly flexible, accommodating some last-minute schedule changes and even coming back for an extra feeding and potty break as my flight did not land until late in the evening.
Alicia was great!! I have had some poor experiences with pet sitters in the past, and Alicia was sure to address my concerns and made me super comfortable with her taking care of my babies. She did a fantastic job following the schedule I had laid out for my pets, and sent me plenty of updates and photos. She also went above and beyond and helped with cleaning up my pets’ spaces and keeping my home tidy. I cannot recommend Alicia enough. She was so great to work with and my pets love her!! Cheyanne did an excellent job caring for our dog, Atlas. This was her first time watching him, and he is not an easy dog. He requires medication at specific times and can be anxious, so we were looking for someone attentive and reliable. Cheyanne exceeded our expectations. She was highly communicative throughout, provided consistent updates and pictures, and was very observant, even flagging something she noticed on his body. It was clear she genuinely spent quality time with Atlas, keeping him comfortable, taking him on long walks, and giving him plenty of attention. Overall, a very positive experience. We would absolutely trust Cheyanne to watch Atlas again and highly recommend her to others.
Marc did an excellent job of taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town for 6 days. We had him come over and meet the dogs ahead of time and both dogs took to him very well. Marc was very communicative during this time, and he kept us informed while away from our overly attached pups.
We loved having Aralee! She is so attentive and detail-oriented and would provide regular check-ins and updates. She also provided such a thorough summary/recap which we really appreciated. We felt very much at ease leaving our pups at home during our trip because of Aralee.
Mayra was amazing - great communication before and during the stay. She left the house in perfect condition and clearly cared for our dog. She even suggested we try some probitotics for some paw-licking she noticed and it's had a great effect. Would recommend and hope to use her again for future stays, thanks for everything!
