I am not someone who leaves my fur babies with just anyone. Outside of family, it's a hard no for me. So when I decided to try Rover for the first time this past weekend, I was honestly a little nervous. But Jhanell completely put my mind at ease. She took care of all three of my babies, Koda, Khloe, and Indy, and I could tell right away that they were in good hands. She checked in with me every day while I was gone, which I appreciated more than she probably knows. There is nothing worse than being away and wondering if your pets are okay. She made sure I never had to wonder. When I got home, all three of them were happy, calm, and clearly well taken care of. That right there told me everything I needed to know. And beyond being a great sitter, Jhanell is just a genuinely sweet and kind person. You can feel it when you talk to her. She really cares, and it shows. I will definitely be using her again, and I have already been telling my friends about her. If you are someone like me who is very particular about who watches your pets, give Jhanell a chance. You will not be disappointed. 🐾
