About: I've spent a lot of my adult years with dogs around and have been trusted many times by family. I've had my husky, Togo, spend the week with me multiple times while my dad has been on vacation or just because I wanted to spend time with him while I was up at school in my DPT program or in undergrad. I also have some experience working in an animal hospital! I'm currently not working, so I'll have plenty of time to care for your beautiful pets! I would be available weekdays and weekends. I can easily adapt to schedules and needs of your pets to make it the best experience possible for them! I like to set expectations prior so there isn't any miscommunication and always having an open line of communication throughout. I will always send pictures and updates of your pets too.

About: I’ve grown up with multiple pets in the household and have taken care of many close friends’ and neighbors pets! I love animals so much! I work a eight-hour shift M-F, so I’m able to spend all my time with pets both before and after work. Also depending on the location, I can always pay your pet a visit on my break. I always make time for play, walks, and care whenever I’m available. Understanding and learning your pets boundaries are key. All pets have certain personalities that dictate behavior and personal interest. I am a very flexible person and will take my time to make sure the pet is comfortable and trusting of me.

“Dylan is, hands down, one of the absolute best pet + house sitters I have ever hired. First off, when he came in for the meet and greet, he greeted me then immediately got on the floor to let my two small dogs come greet/sniff/get comfortable with him. No other sitter has ever done that, and I respected it SO much. He asked about cleaning supplies, the parts of the house I was comfortable with him being in, and their schedules. He came prepared with his schedule to make sure we were on the same page about when he would have other responsibilities and the dogs would be alone, instead of me having to ask. He really emphasized the importance of establishing trust and even listened with empathy when I told him about a recent negative experience I had with another sitter on rover. For the stay, he sent plenty of pictures and updates and was so communicative if anything outside of what we discussed came up. I never once felt like the dogs weren’t getting the best care possible, and that matters to me more than anything! I came back to happy, but tired pups which let’s me know they got in plenty of exercise and attention!! Lastly, I walked in to an absolutely SPOTLESS house. Top to bottom. Sheets washed, bathroom scrubbed, couch fluffed, the whole nine yards. I’ve found that you really, truly do get what you pay for and I’m so thankful to have found Dylan who is well worth the rate he charges. I will be hiring him again, and want to calm any nervous pet owners who may have had a previously bad experience with someone less than trustworthy. I’ve found an incredible sitter in Dylan!!”

Safety, trust, and comfort are at the core of my care. In your home, I make sure all potentially hazardous items are out of reach and create a calm, secure environment for your pet. I stay attentive and present—checking in regularly so your furry friend is never left unattended for long. On walks, your dog will always be securely leashed, and outings stay within the routes and activities you’re comfortable with. I honor each pet’s boundaries and follow their cues, letting them “tell” me what they want or don’t want during our time together. I also take home security seriously—keeping doors locked, alarms or lights used as instructed—and will treat your home with the same TLC as I would my own. I’m prepared for emergencies and stay calm and level-headed, contacting you and your vet (if needed) to ensure your pet gets prompt attention. If your pet has any special needs or medical considerations, please let me know before booking so I can give them the most thoughtful, personalized care possible.
