She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! About: Ever since I was a child, I have grown up around dogs. Our childhood house was always the house where dogs were always welcome. Fast forward to my own house, own pups, and it’s the same hospitality. I love to take her to our apartment dog park and walk her on the Katy Trail. I started helping care for my grandmother’s dog when I was around 10 years old, so being around animals has always been a natural part of my life. About three years ago, I helped a friend care for their 3-year-old Shiba Inu for a full month. Shibas are independent and strong-willed, so I learned quickly how important patience, consistency, and clear boundaries are. It was a great experience and deepened my confidence with medium-sized, high-energy dogs. Currently, I’m a proud pet parent to two cats and two guinea pigs. Managing a multi-pet household has made me very attentive to routines, feeding schedules, behavior changes, and emotional needs. I unfortunately cannot offer, day care or boarding as my own red heeler is reactive to other dogs. I am free the whole summer! I am a teacher and wanted to find something to occupy my time. I thought dog sitting would be best, seeing as I love animals. I have two dogs, who have a yard, and are crate trained. They each have their own unique quirks, so I am willing to learn your pets quirks to make them as comfortable as I can.
“Carrin is AWESOME. Everything you would want in someone who cares for your beloved pet (and home), she’s got it. Our senior dog is nervous, hard of hearing, with some arthritis and hip dysplasia…and is generally slow to trust people. He took to Carrin immediately, and happily went with her for a walk, tail wagging. Did one precursor walk while I was home, so he’d know this guest is safe. When walked while not home, I could see him happily wagging from my Ring doorbell camera. Great communication, walk reports and pics from Carrin too. Highly recommended!”

I stay in an apartment so bane roams freely and comfortably. There’s a dog bed, chew toys, and also a two part cage for bane and another animal if needed.
About: Not only do we have two pets back home at my parents house but I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10 years old Hi! I’m back in Dallas and excited to be offering pet sitting and dog walking again. I took some time away while I was living elsewhere, but now that I’m back in the area I’d love to reconnect with pet parents and meet some new furry friends! Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Now that I work fully remote, I’m home most of the day, which means your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles instead of being left alone. I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, and walks, and my schedule is super flexible. I’m happy to step away from work to take dogs out, play, or give them some extra love — because I know how important routine and companionship are when you’re away. I’m big on communication too, so expect photo updates and check-ins while you’re gone. I have security system at my home and a fence so the animals are safe here. As someone that has watched dogs since I was a child, I’m very very empathetic and listen to their queues
