“It was an absolute pleasure to work with Miriam. She is so kind and patient and worked closely with us to create a safe and comfortable environment for our dogs. They are still learning to socialize and adapt to new settings but I was so impressed with all of the progress they made with her in only six hours. She even sent us videos during the day and gave us regular updates. After picking them up, they did not seem stressed at all and were very calm and exhausted (in a good way!). I've fostered multiple dogs with DAS and adopted my last foster, Josie (the first dog photographed). She is a 50lb ~2yr old pup that loves to play and will keep your dog occupied! Prepare to have storage on your phone, because you'll be getting lots of photos of our adventures. I typically always have someone home during the day and recently moved to a townhome with a yard for play space and easy potty breaks. I always walk my pups in the morning and evening with a mid-day potty break when necessary. About: I grew up on a farm, and we always had all kinds of animals! Many years ago, my dog was attacked by a wild animal and it resulted in her needing constant vet and home care, from wound cleaning, to injection antibiotics. I have rehabilitated many kittens, including my own, Simba. He came to me 3/4 weeks old with both back legs shattered. He was not given a good prognosis from his vet, but he was able to make a full recovery and he now runs, jumps, plays, all like a normal cat! I have always been surrounded by some type of animal from a very young age. I am currently an EMT student and I have plenty of time to care for anyone’s animals! I can be very flexible with scheduling needs. I cannot offer boarding due to living in an apartment, however, I can and would love to care for your fur babies in your own home! I would treat your fur babies as if they were my own, with so much love and care.

I have experience caring for small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, including administering medications (insulin) and providing extra attention to pets with special needs. Whether your pup needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or a calm companion while you’re away, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I’m home full-time, which means I have a flexible schedule and can give your pet plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether your dog needs a walk, a drop-in visit, overnight care, or extra playtime, I’ll make sure they receive the love, exercise, and care they deserve. I’m available most weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have two friendly, vaccinated Yorkies who are used to being around other dogs, and I always introduce pets slowly to ensure everyone is comfortable. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, potty breaks, exercise, and routines. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
