I left for 3 days and did not worry once because of how detailed and thorough Lisa was with all of her updates, including pictures and videos of the doggos. They were in great hands and were so happy to go on long walks multiple times a day. One of my dogs even needed to be hand-fed because she is a princess like that, and Lisa hand-fed her food like a champ! The other dog has stomach and joint issues so is on a very strict (and complicated) diet, but Lisa followed all instructions to the T, and I am just so thankful for her. Amy also understands that you're sometimes beat when you return home, and she pulled all of her linens for us. “I had to leave town for three weeks and it was very hard for me to not be with my dogs. Eboni immediately bonded with my Yorkie, who is not very social. She gave frequent updates that were very comforting to me. When my Boston Terrier appeared to have an eye issue, she immediately reached out. He was fine, but the communication and action were very important to me. She could not have done a better job caring for my dogs.”
