Michelle was absolutely wonderful! This was her first time watching our two high-strung, antisocial, reactive dogs, and she handled them like a pro. She was incredibly easy to work with, accommodating when our schedule changed, always on time, and extremely communicative. The best part was seeing the photos after her very first visit. It looked like they were already BFFs! That is no small accomplishment with our two. 😂 Knowing they were comfortable, happy, and in such good hands gave us tremendous peace of mind and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Katherine is great at giving me updates on my dog’s care,. She takes care of the little things like noticing that my dog’s automatic feeder is low on food, and adding some to the reservoir. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Highly recommend! I feel totally at ease with Katherine at the helm!
