About: I’ve had big AND small dogs my entire childhood! I’ve also taken care of horses, steers, pigs, chickens, birds (exotic), dogs, cats! After growing up with only dogs and small house pets (hamsters, crabs, fish, frogs, and lizards)In my adulthood, my husband and I have opened our home to several rescues through the six years we’ve been together. At our home we consider ourselves “last owners” animals come to us to live out the rest of their lives, comfortable and loved. We’ve been by the side of 6 rescue birds, a few kittens and one chameleon to watch them cross over the rainbow bridge, and complete their journey. Between Gage (my husband) and I we have 10 cats (willow, meadow, sushi, pumpkin, chai, jenny, lucifer, salem, peggy & naruto) 5 birds (blanca, bleezy, grim, puffer & mongo bongo - she’s a 46 year old scarlett macaw! - ) 1 dog, (chief) 1 chameleon (pascal) and 1 scalata tortoise (torchy) ! we are obviously big animal lovers!! In conclusion, We both have tons of experience around all species of animal and we want your trip to be focused on enjoying YOUR vacation plans, and not worried about if your fur babies were left in the wrong hands! Most of my clients do not have children and their pet is their child. If I’m not available my husband definitely is! Currently my husband works at Total Wine & More in Cedar Hill. When I / we stay in your home I will most likely be there all day! Rover is my full time job so whatever care your baby needs I’ll make sure to be on top of it! Most bookings I would like to keep my husband with me wherever I am (just for safety reasons), BUT if you’re not comfortable with that I TOTALLY understand and I’m more than willing to stay without my husband!! I want to do whatever makes YOU AND YOUR BABIES safe, happy and comfortable!

About: I regularly help care for my parents’ 6 year old Schnauzer and my sister’s 7 year old dog, so I’m very familiar with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, and giving them lots of attention and affection. Spending time with them has helped me understand every different personalities and energy levels, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m a recent college grad working part-time, so my schedule’s pretty flexible. I’m available a good chunk of the day to take care of cats and dogs. Feeding, walks, litter box or playtime, all of that fits in easily, and since I’m not gone for long stretches, they won’t be alone too much! For drop-ins and walks, I will follow your routine for feeding and care needs including litter box scooping for cats, keep leashes/harnesses secure for dogs, and stay attentive the whole time. I clean up after walks, refresh water and food, and double check doors are locked before I leave. I always send an update with photos afterward :)

About: I have grown up with family dogs my whole life. I always had a dog back at my parents until leaving for college where I became my friends designated sitter! I’ve attended various puppy trainings as well. I have a mostly remote job with a ton of flexibility so I am available almost all times of the day. I can step into your home to walk your pet at any time you need or I can be at my apartment with them throughout the day if needed as well! Your pet is my priority. They will be looked after and loved on throughout the time I’m watching them. I live in a pet friendly apartment with a turf area for them to run around and also live right next door to a park as well. About: I've had a range of pets since I was small. I've taken care of a variety of cats and dogs. I'm an introvert so I'm a lot more comfortable being around pets than I am around people. I love bringing my pets with me to exercise because I believe they provide the motivation I need to keep going.
