I can’t praise Courtney enough! I was relatively new to the whole rover process and I was very anxious to have someone take care of my baby Lacey when I had to quickly fly across the country to be with my family after a sudden passing, however I am extremely thankful to have found Courtney! While I was away, she sent me very thorough updates and sent me pictures on a daily basis. My dog had recently went on antibiotics and Courtney handled all of that with ease. I know Lacey can be a little shy but in the videos Courtney sent, they’re two peas in a pod. I truly credit that to her kind and patient nature. I will definitely be using Courtney again and will be recommending her to my friends with pets that go out of town!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Courtney is efficient and kind and my worries about my nervous cat were immediately set to rest — my cat came right up to her and gave her the stamp of approval within minutes of first meeting. if you’re someone that also loves their pets and wants to do right by them, Courtney ticks all the boxes.
