Leslie was absolutely amazing for our dog Beau. She provided several updates per day and just had great communication in general. We could tell how great of a time our dog had while he was there, it was an stress-free experience. We will definitely be rebooking with Leslie whenever we can!
Alma was beyond incredible. She took care of Bebe like one of her own for a week. She let her sleep in her bed, play in the backyard with her pups chasing squirrels and sent us plenty of pictures of her. Bebe has always struggled with traditional dog hotels, but absolutely loved staying at Alma’s.
I was really pleased with Lakisha from the time I got to the door. She welcomed Jade and showed her around. She made sure I had lots pics helping me to keep up with what Jade was doing and hiw she was feeling. Jade leans into people that she feels comfortable with n she immediately leaned into Lakisha n that was comforting. When I picked Jade up she was shining n happy I could tell she had a great stay.
