“Tabitha was amazing at both drop off and pick up!! She took fantastic care of my furbabies and made sure they were able to enjoy themselves. Tabitha was very understanding to my babies needs and took measures to inform me about all incidents that happened. Overall, I'm very happy with the care of my furbabies!!”

“We left Suky with them for six days. They were very kind, welcomed us warmly, and always kept us updated about Suky. She truly had a great time with them. They took good care of her, and she adapted well. When we came back for her, Suky was happy they really gave her excellent and content care and attention. It's definitely worth it.”

“Once again I can not thank Lisa enough! She is very professional and goes over and beyond to make sure you and your furbaby are comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone needing boarding services.”

“Alexandra was a great sitter for my pup. I had to book at the last minute and she was able to accommodate. Very professional and trustworthy, we will definitely be booking with her in the future. Thanks for taking care of my fur baby and making him feel at home.”

“Richard and Stephanie took such great care of our babies! They were loving, reliable, and made us feel at ease. We’d definitely have them watch our pups again!”

“Yvette is a very attentive sitter. We had a meet-n-greet before the day of service. The objective was to see how my dog responded to her and the environment. When I walked into her home, there were no offensive dog smells and her home was clean with kennels and a backyard large enough to give my dog space to run around. The day of service, Yvette, would have provided food but I elected to bring my dog’s food. She obviously knows how to work with finicky dogs because mine would not eat without something added to his food. Yvette, knew how to handle that situation and I appreciate her initiative. I will use her services again when the need arises.”

“Renita and Frederick was fantastic! They took excellent care of my dog, providing lots of love, attention, and updates throughout the stay. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such great hands. Highly recommend!”

“Roxana and Eric took great care of our senior dog! She required a little extra TLC given back and leg problems, and Roxana and Eric managed to make her comfortable at their house. They shared regular photos and updates. Highly recommended.”
“omg this by far has been bella’s best dog sitter. Leslie was more than amazing with bella. Everyday we got updated and made me feel at ease on our trip! i will 100% rebook if she is available for bella.”

“Bridget and Trevor are amazing! They have daily updates while we were in vacation, were always available when we reached out, and we felt good knowing they were being well-cared for. Thank you both!”

“Ana & her family took such great care of my dog, Lincoln! Ana provided updates through the stay. She was also very open and friendly in our meet & greet which reassured me, since this was only my second time boarding my dog with a stranger. I will definitely be using Ana’s services again!”
“Laci was wonderful! You can tell she loves dogs since she has three of her own. She asked questions to ensure my dog’s needs would covered. My senior dog Quinton enjoyed his stay as evidenced by the pictures she sent of him! I had no worries while I was away and she was quick to respond to all texts! I would recommend Laci to anyone in need of a dog sitter!!”

“Lauren and her family loved on our Zoe girl like their own and made the time away from her much easier!! We were pleasantly impressed by her thorough updates and the attention she gave to her. For her first time away from us, Zoe had some setbacks and separation anxiety and Lauren handled it effortlessly. We highly recommend this sitter!! Your pet will not only be in good hands, but she will send helpful pictures and updates to ease the mind of their humans as well!”

“Elaine is rhe absolute best! She takes such great care of my senior dog BeeBee. She sends lots of photos and updates and treats my girl like family! I couldn't ask for a better sitter. 💕”

“I left my two pups with Grayson for over a week; it being the first time I did not take my boys to a boarding facility (that I worked at) and one of them having some special needs, I was relatively nervous. From the first message, to meeting Grayson and his partner, I was put at ease and knew my boys would be in good hands. They asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. As far as the stay itself, I have never seen my boys looking so content with us away. My dogs are quirky, but Grayson took that in stride and I'm grateful to have gotten so lucky in finding a great sitter. Communication was excellent and photos were adorable. I will 100% be reaching out to Grayson first for any future care I'll need for my boys and recommending him to all my friends. Sincerely, a worry wort and quasi-helicopter dog mom.”

“she took great care of my labradoodle zander! she listened to me when i explained his needs, aka how hyper he is, and made sure he was able to play and run outside often! i also love demetrica’s personality and felt very comfortable leaving my baby with her!! she will definitely be our permanent boarder!!”

“Bailey thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Maida! I appreciated the regular updates and excellent communication. Maida took great care of Bailey, and I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. Highly recommend!”

“Jaylon did an amazing job taking care of Ash. He was very communicative, providing regular updates with pictures and videos. He did a fantastic job making sure Ash’s daily routine was consistent. We could tell she really enjoyed her stay and was sad to leave! I highly recommend Jaylon for his thoughtful and caring approach to dealing with our dog. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

Alexis was awesome..This was my fur baby first time being watched by someone other than family. She sent plenty of photos, videos ,and updates on how he was doing while I was on my trip for 7 days..I would absolutely and positively rebook with Alexis again.. great job!!!

Tabitha was so amazing with my babies! Great communication, flexible and definitely an individual who just loves on your babies. I knew my boys had a great time because they typically have all the energy in the world, but they came home ready to nap which means they were having a fantastic time!

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
