From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond—not only taking wonderful care of my fur baby, but taking care of me as well. Unfortunately, my car started running hot for the first time right after I pulled up to her house. That put me in a slight panic because I was headed to the airport. Kristina immediately came outside to check on me. She invited me into her home, gave me a bottle of water, and made sure I was okay. After introducing my fur baby to her family, she even offered to take me to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Because of her kindness and generosity, I was able to make my flight! While I was away, Kristina kept me updated with photos each day, reassuring me that my baby was doing well, comfortable, and adjusting to the other pets. That gave me such peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying. Kristina did an amazing job caring for my dog, but what stood out even more was her genuine kindness and willingness to help when she certainly didn’t have to. You can truly tell that she has a servant’s heart and genuinely cares about both the pets and the people she serves. Mary (Lisa) has been heaven sent! We were frantically looking for a new dog sitter prior to our trip. Luckily she had availability during this time and we had a meet-n-greet prior to our trip. Our dogs seemed to warm up and enjoyed the space. She sent us updates and reached out when we ran out of kibble (I miscalculated their food amount). So happy we found her and our reactive dog got a long with her dogs, which is so rare for our Luna girl.
I was nervous to leave my puppy but Mrs. Trudie made me feel so comfortable by sending pictures and little messages of the silly things my pup was doing. It made me aware that my pup still had her personality, which means she felt comfortable and was well taken care of. I will definitely use this service in the future.
