From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond—not only taking wonderful care of my fur baby, but taking care of me as well. Unfortunately, my car started running hot for the first time right after I pulled up to her house. That put me in a slight panic because I was headed to the airport. Kristina immediately came outside to check on me. She invited me into her home, gave me a bottle of water, and made sure I was okay. After introducing my fur baby to her family, she even offered to take me to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Because of her kindness and generosity, I was able to make my flight! While I was away, Kristina kept me updated with photos each day, reassuring me that my baby was doing well, comfortable, and adjusting to the other pets. That gave me such peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying. Kristina did an amazing job caring for my dog, but what stood out even more was her genuine kindness and willingness to help when she certainly didn’t have to. You can truly tell that she has a servant’s heart and genuinely cares about both the pets and the people she serves. I am extremely grateful for everything she did and would absolutely trust her with my fur baby again.
