About: I have worked in the vet clinic atmosphere until the Covid shut down brought me home. I have experience in emergency situations as well as how to properly care for animals in most situations. During the shut down, I also opened my home to foster dogs that had extensive medical needs and that needed proper socialization to later be adopted into their forever homes. We have a “zoo” of our own on 4 acres. We currently love our dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and horses! It sounds like a lot but it is truly my dream come true! I currently work remote so I am home at all times and able to make my own schedule and routine. This flexible schedule gives me the opportunity to visit with your pets and be sure they have everything they need while you’re away. I also take a walk every day, if your dog acts appropriately on a leash then they are more then welcome to join and get some extra exercise and fresh air. I prefer to take care of your pets in their own home and environment. This helps them stay comfortable and reduces stress while their family is away. I know some are not comfortable with this so I also open my home for friendly pets. We have a large fenced yard (and horse pasture, when animals are put away) that the dogs can run and play. We have several dogs and cats that love to play or stay in their own area when they want alone time. Your pet must also be friendly with children when coming to stay in our home. I treat all pets as if they are my own family! They deserve extra love, attention, and play while their owners are away.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and have always thought of them as family! I’ve had medium dogs (cocker spaniel, beagles) and big dogs (husky/German Shepard). I’m also very much a cat person - I am currently living with 3 of them! As an experienced pet owner I am happy to feed, walk and play with your pet as well as bathe, brush, or give medication if needed. I am also happy to feed your other pets (fish, birds, etc) if needed, water plants and bring in your mail or packages. I work full time in education so I am available all day during the summer and during holiday breaks. During the school year, I am available after 3:30pm on weekdays. All day availability on weekends to love your furry friends. I treat my pets and any others I encounter with love and kindness. They are truly a gift! I would love to know your pet’s specific needs and ask that you leave me clear instructions on your pet’s specific needs. I am also happy to send photos and updates!

About: I’ve been married for 29 years. We have 3 children and 1 Grandbaby. I have shared my home with 10 different sized dogs for over the last 30 years. They were all spoiled rotten and very well taken care of. My animals are like my children. So, when it comes to taking care of your animal, I will treat them like they are mine. I recently retired from law enforcement after 20 years of service. My time is my own, so most of my days are open for service. My pets and me and walk daily. I like fetch, throwing a ball or chew toy for a 10 min or taking a walk in the neighborhood. I leave high quality dry food out for my animals. I have always allowed them to free feed. A daily dose of fish oil and glucosamine helps keep their joints and coats healthy.

Now that we are empty nesters, I have lots of free time. Outdoor time is important for most pets so making sure they get fresh air is a must. I will care for your pets at you home, keeping them in their own environment is best for most animals I think. Even when you have an older pet who doesn't care to be touched by new people, just sitting and talking to them for a while will help them be happy.
