“Leslie took great care of our cat during our short weekend trip. She followed all our instructions carefully, sent us photos and updates, and our cat seemed relaxed and content when we got home. It was reassuring to know he was in good hands. We’d happily book her again and recommend her to others looking for a reliable and attentive cat sitter. Thanks, Leslie!”

“Janelle was a joy to work with. She was prompt, thorough, and efficient. Although, as expected, she never saw Spike, Janelle tended to his needs and reported clearly through the Rover Cards. I would gladly use her services again!”

“Justin literally saved my trip!!!!! I apparently needed my birth certificate to get on a ship and take the cruise I was planning, I learned this early in the morning on the day I was supposed to board the ship. Justin was supposed to start sitting for me the day after. I called him in desperation and he immediately drove to my home, even though I had not hired him for that day and started to let me walk him through finding a single piece of paper in my large filing cabinet. He was absolutely patient, while I was in panic mode. HE FOUND IT!!!! Faxed it, and texted an image of it and was sooooo patient with me. I was able to board the ship! He then took very good care of my pets, home, plants and fed the feral cat that stops by for dinner at night. I came home to live plants, happy cats and feeling rested from a vacation that almost did'nt happen. I hired the right guy, and will absolutely hire him in the future. He is a calm presence....even if I was not. I would recommend him absolutely.”

“Braulio did amazing with our cats while we were gone. He sent photos every time and kept in very good communication the whole time we were gone. I was worried because 1 of them is very antisocial when it comes to new people! The first day he sent me pics, she was out and about and giving him attention! He was a lifesaver when he came to a last minute need. I appreciate him so much!”

“Cenite did a great job taking care of our three cats while we were on vacation. She was even kind enough to take care of a stray that had started living on our porch. She took him to the Humane Society.”

“Abby was terrific with my kitty Piper. She came over before our trip to get to know the cat and understand our needs. She was personable and easy to talk with. She has a wonderful gentle energy and made friends with Piper who was feeling shy initially. Abby came in on time everyday, played with the kitty and even sent us photos from each visit. We needed to extend our time away and Abby was easy to connect with so we could modify the plans. I’d hire her again very happily and recommend her to my friends. Thank you Abby!”

“Lori was a great house and cat sitter!! She kept us informed and sent lots of pictures. Our older cat needs lots of affection and he got it from Lori. Will definitely use again!!”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Noah to any pet sitters. He stayed at my home and watched my two birds for over a week. Was very responsive to my messages and followed care instructions. I have to deeply apologize from my original review. I had misplaced an item and thought the pet sitter might have taken it when he left. Two weeks later the item has been located and all is well. I apologize for any difficulties that my original review may have caused.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 6 years old. My mom always made me responsible for their maintenance and upkeep, and I always gave my pets the best care. I have provided services for friends, watching dogs ranging from small chihuahua’s to large great pyrenees. I have also cared for puppies, kittens, and adult cats. I haven’t come across many animals in my life that don’t enjoy my company. During the summers, I work as a wildlife biologist with the national park service, forest service, and U.S. fish and wildlife service. Animal care and welfare is my passion! I am in the “off-season” currently, and enjoy time at home caring for my dog and my mom’s dog for the holidays. I am looking for something to occupy my time that brings joy to my life. I am very active, so spending time with energetic dogs, or providing a range of walks to match each dogs energy level and physical ability. I am also comfortable to relax and provide gentle play or quality time with low energy dogs that would prefer to cuddle or rest. I am certified in CPR and first aid, and comfortable administering to both humans and animals with the pet first aid kit I always carry with me.
About: Growing up with a house full of animals (including my orange tabby that I bottle-fed as a baby) has made dogs and cats feel like family to me. This means I understand the unique energy and needs of your furry companions. I currently share my home with two active cats, Beans and Cowboy, who serve as my very energetic (and very early morning) alarm clocks. I offer services including dog-sitting in your home, drop-in visits, and/or dog walking. When I care for your pet(s), my priority is making sure they have the best experience with me while you are away. This includes engaging activities like walks, playing outside, or just keeping them company. I take great pride in ensuring your animal is happy and healthy when you return. My wife and I live in Alvarado and work in Mansfield. Our schedule is fixed during the week (Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00) but we are always flexible on the weekends for drop-ins, weekend walks, and we enjoy spending the weekend with our Rover pets, too! Your rules are my rules as well. If your animals have a specific routine, we will continue to adhere to that same routine. I want your pets to continue to feel the same level of comfort in their own home.
“Evangelina is so good with my cats! She came in just after I had lost my younger cat and I was so worried the older one was going to be depressed. She was very communicative and worked hard to engage Peach with fun games and loving pets.”

“Steph was awesome! Such a great attitude , after the meet n great I was so comfortable with her and had no worries about my babies. She was very communicative with me and sent some great pictures!! We will be using her again when we vacation in October!!”

“If I could give her 6 stars I would. There is nothing better then being able to go out of town knowing your loved pets are cared for. That is what I have with Lori. Thank you Lori you are the BEST! 😻😻😻😻❤️”
