About: I’m a retired educator and animal lover with the time and flexibility to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care. While I’m newer to professional pet sitting, I’ve cared for my own animals for years, completed two long-distance puppy transports from DFW to Charlotte and Los Angeles, and have repeat sitting experience with my cousin’s two dogs. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable and patient caring for your pets and home. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that means walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or extra cuddles. I’m also comfortable giving basic medications if needed. What sets me apart is that I have the time to truly focus on your pets and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also believe good communication matters, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind. I’m retired, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to devote to caring for your pets. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I love going for walks with them and taking them for rides in my truck. I love finding new enrichment activities so they can use their brains in a different fun way. One of my favorite activities is to take them swimming I’m currently a domestic engineer with time to do drop in visits to your home. I am also available for dog walking weather permitting and house sitting on weekends and holidays. I will follow any directions and instructions you give for your animals and I will treat them the exact same way as I treat my own animals.

Once again Lori has gone above and beyond taking care of my kitties. It was such a blessing to know our kitties were well taken care of…. Fresh food and water… treats.., and litter boxes and floors cleaned everyday. Even made sure trash went to/from pick up place. My favorite part though, were the pictures/videos of our kitties each day. Thank-you Lori for giving us peace of mind while we were away.
Alyssa took on our pets last minute after another sitter fell through on the same day! She was a life saver. We were so happy to have found her through Rover’s customer service and will be booking with her again for the future. She took care of our large dog and 2 cats and made sure they received all the lovings while we were gone.
