Getting with you and my soon to be new furry friend a day or two before my care shift begins is ideal and very important to ensure I know what is expected of me and to get acquainted with my new friend before you're away. During this time I’ll take notes about food timing/ special care instructions and familiarize myself with where food and water/ potty place is. Most importantly I want to make sure my new friend is familiar with me and comfortable when I come to visit!
Information Natasha C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pet(s) has any special needs or behaviors I can account for. Knowing their likes and dislikes is important to ensure we have a great time!
A typical day
A typical day starts in the morning. First is usually feeding, ensuring each pet gets the right portion and any special dietary needs are met. After feeding, I take the dogs for a walk/ potty or spend time playing with them in the backyard to ensure they get enough exercise and stimulation. If there are cats, I clean the litter box, offer playtime, or give them some attention if they’re social. If necessary I administer medications, provide fresh water, and give my new friend(s) attention. Senior pets may need extra care, such as helping them with mobility or monitoring their health, while puppies often require more frequent play and potty breaks. In between visits, I make time for updates to the you, sending photos or videos to reassure that your pet(s) are happy and well taken care of. Evenings often mirror the morning routine: feeding, walking/ potty, and making sure your pet(s) are comfortable for the night. Staying organized, patient, and attentive to your pet(s) specific needs is key, especially when they’re missing you!

Pet care experience
I've been caring for animals since I was a little girl, nurturing a wide variety of pets over the years. From fish and lizards to ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, ducks and backyard chickens and finally culminating in my love for cats and dogs. I've worked in pet stores, where I cleaned and cared for all the animals, and even gained experience in grooming salons as a bather. I also volunteered my time to helping clean and care for cats/ kittens up for adoption. My passion extends to pets of all ages and stages in life, whether it's potty training and guiding energetic puppies and kittens or offering love and compassion to our cherished senior companions.
Reviews

Natasha was absolutely amazing! We have a very anxious cat and she went at his pace when she came to check on him and we couldn't be anymore thankful. She was extremely communicative and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Very detailed check ins! It's hard to find a cat person on rover but we are so glad we found Natasha!! Thank you so much!
Natasha communicates very well and took great care of my cats while I was out of town.

Natasha was amazing watching my nervous Rusty! She was so kind and kept me up to date on everything going on when she dropped in to visit! She was extremely communicative and responded quickly! I would highly recommend her and would trust her with any of my pets.

Very caring and respectful of our house. Provided excellent pictures and updates of our dogs and chickens.
