“Lori is the best pet sitter ever. She has been taking care of Mimi and Willie for several years and I trust her completely. She understands dogs and is kind, patient and compassionate. She spends quality time with the by exercises them and giving them love and affection. I would be lost if I didn’t have Lori to help take care of Mimi and Willie. I highly recommend her.”

“Heather was amazing with our fur babies and even checked in after she left to be sure they’d be okay with some weather heading our way! Can’t express enough our gratitude for her last-minute availability and care and attention for all our animals. Would recommend over and over again!”

“Lori is amazing! She is super sweet and super understanding. She did wonderful taking great care of my fur babies while away and messaged me letting me know how they are with pictures. One of my fur babies is timid with new people but she was able to get her very comfortable quickly. They are my babies so leaving them was so hard but she made me feel so much better about the whole process. Definitely recommend her and will definitely ask for her help in the future.”

“Haiden was wonderful! She was very prompt and professional and went above and beyond to make sure me and my dog had a good experience. I will definitely be asking for her help in the future. Thank you!”

About: Hello, my name is Loren. I have a passion for animals, and have had the privilege of sharing my home with all shapes, sizes and temperaments of dogs (and cats!). From a 100+ lb goofball Rottie, to a cantankerous Shih tzu-Chihuahua mix, I love them all! I have experience with potty training, basic obedience and have worked with senior animals before. We currently share our home with 3 dogs (a Shepsky, Blue Heeler and Shar Pei mix) and two cats (both domestic shorthair), so I am more than comfortable in multi-pet homes. I look forward to the opportunity to provide the same love and care for your pet(s)! I work full-time, but from home Monday and Wednesday. I am available any morning or evening, and the days I WFH, I can due mid-day visits as necessary. I am also available weekends. I take pet safety extremely seriously, and will show the same care for your pets. I am capable of following strict dietary restrictions, will always ensure a proper fitting leash and harness/collar for all walks, and leave their environment as safe as you left it. Any other safety, socialization or environmental concerns or restrictions, I will abide by.
“Desiree did a wonderful job watching our two girls. One of which is very cautious of strangers. We will definitely be using her for dog sitting in the future and recommending to family and friends.”

“Natasha was absolutely amazing! We have a very anxious cat and she went at his pace when she came to check on him and we couldn't be anymore thankful. She was extremely communicative and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Very detailed check ins! It's hard to find a cat person on rover but we are so glad we found Natasha!! Thank you so much!”

“Taylor was absolutely amazing, she did a drop by to meet Twitty before we started our visits and she was so nice. Updated us everytime she dropped by and sent us pics and videos of our cat while she was there. She let us know if there was anything going on. We are going to be using Taylor every time she is available and we are out of town. 100% would recommend anyone to use her. Thanks Taylor!!”

She eased all my my anxieties before and during my trip with thorough communication and updates. About: Hi there! My name is Kenzie, and I’m an experienced dog lover and caretaker with a passion for providing dogs with the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. I’ve spent several years working at a doggie daycare, where I learned how to manage various dog personalities and ensure a safe, fun environment for all pups. I’ve also had plenty of experience dog and house sitting, so I understand the importance of keeping your furry friend comfortable and happy while you’re away. I live on a farm, so I’m used to being around animals, and I’m comfortable walking dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have my own eight-year-old husky named Kylo, who is friendly, calm, and loves meeting new dog friends. I also have a four-year-old son who keeps us busy and playful! I offer dog walking, house sitting, and other pet care services, and you can count on me to treat your pets as my own. I’m responsible, trustworthy, and committed to giving your dog the best care. I have a flexible schedule. I am the most available from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday, but I am available for evening and weekend visits, especially when house-sitting. I am an experienced house-sitter along with pet care, so I will be sure to be a cleanly and respectful guest in your home. My stays depend on each dog’s needs, but typically includes yard time, walks, and cuddles.
“Alyssa took fantastic care of our dog. Our dog immediately warmed up. She went above and beyond playing with her and giving her attention. We will definitely be coming back to her when we need someone to watch our dog.”

About: I have grown up taking care of my dog Bruce who is now 12 years old. Neighbors and friends have reached out to me to take care of and watch their dogs because they know I am someone they can trust. I am currently a life guard and an online college student with a flexible school schedule. I use dog sitting as my side hustle to make a little extra money along with my current job. I have taken care of dogs whose owners use kennels and a fenced in backyard for playtime, and also the opposite. This would be no kennel but keeping the dog inside when I leave, and taking the dog outside for playtime in a fenced in backyard. This depends on your preferences. I will feed, play with, and give potty breaks/outdoor playtime for your dog. I can also walk your dog for an extra charge.
“Gary is awesome! Even during the meet and greet I felt safe with him dropping in my home to check on Bella. He kept me up to date on how things were going with plenty of pictures and a video and ensured that other directions were followed such as closing the blinds and leaving a certain light on. I will definitely be using Gary again!”

“Thank you Janelle for taking care of my baby while I was traveling! I was SO nervous to leave her with such short notice. I appreciate you keeping up with all of her food bowls given her kidney disease- eating and drinking is so important. You even cleaned up her mess that she makes with her food! :) Thank you so much and I will definitely use you again!!”

Wooded Hills cat parents share their Rover experiences
Alyssa took on our pets last minute after another sitter fell through on the same day! She was a life saver. We were so happy to have found her through Rover’s customer service and will be booking with her again for the future. She took care of our large dog and 2 cats and made sure they received all the lovings while we were gone. She kept our space neat and tidy after our pets would make normal pet mess like tracking dust and litter. Updates were great and our pets looked obviously happy in each picture.

This was my first experience using Rover and Lori was the perfect pet sitter! I received daily updates from her including a lot of pictures and a short message about how it went. I really appreciated all the communication and it put me at ease while I was out of town. Will definitely request her services again when I’m gone! 😊
