About: Hi! I’ve grown up around cats, dogs, and even farm animals, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I also have experience as a veterinary technician and took agriculture classes throughout high school, which gave me a strong understanding of animal care and behavior. 🐾 I’m especially comfortable caring for senior pets, pets who need medications, or pets who just need a little extra love, patience, and attention while you’re away. I know every pet has their own routine and needs, and I’m happy to work with you to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for! I’ll also send photos and updates during drop-ins or walks so you can see how your pets are doing while you’re away! 📸🐶🐱 My work schedule is a rotating one, so my availability changes from week to week. Just message me if you have any questions or if you’re looking for specific dates/times, and we can work something out! I’d love to meet your pets and help however I can! 🤍 I work a rotating 4-on, 4-off schedule, so my availability changes from week to week. Because of this, I don’t have the same days available every week, but I’ll keep my Rover calendar updated as much as possible! If you’re interested in booking with me, just send me a message with the dates and times you need. Even if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on my calendar, feel free to reach out! I’m always happy to see if we can work something out around my schedule. 😊 Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well being are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, caring, and reliable environment where your pet can feel secure and at ease while you’re away. I take the time to build trust with each pet through patience, gentle handling, and attention to their individual needs and routines. Whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet companionship, I make sure your pet feels safe and cared for every step of the way. You can also expect clear communication and regular updates, so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to create a stress free experience for both you and your furry family member. 🐶🐱

About: Being the youngest of 5 brothers and sisters, I grew up baby sitting and dog sitting for all my siblings. Which type? All types really - Pugs, Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas, Boxers, Wiener Dogs, plus a few more. Since he’s an only dog here, I enjoy Dr. Gonzo making new play mates, without the need to drive to the dog park. Plus, it can be a bit congested and it's open to too much randomness in my experience, I really do feel this is the best of both worlds. I also work from home and my work desk is facing the back patio yard, I'm 10 feet away from letting Dr. Gonzo out to play, run, potty.. etc etc. When my niece gets home from school, she too enjoys the company of new friendly pups. INFO I need about your dog before sitting for them: Preexisting Health Conditions, Fears/Phobias/Triggers, Medications Taken, TEMPERAMENT : Do they get along with other dogs? Feeding/Bathroom Schedule Exercise Needs REQUIREMENTS before Boarding with me: Flea/Tick Preventative Vaccinations : RABIES IS A MUST Items to Bring : Food, Bowls , Crate , Bedding/Blankets , Leash, Favorite Toys, & Medications if any.

About: I’m a retired educator and animal lover with the time and flexibility to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care. While I’m newer to professional pet sitting, I’ve cared for my own animals for years, completed two long-distance puppy transports from DFW to Charlotte and Los Angeles, and have repeat sitting experience with my cousin’s two dogs. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable and patient caring for your pets and home. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that means walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or extra cuddles. I’m also comfortable giving basic medications if needed. What sets me apart is that I have the time to truly focus on your pets and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also believe good communication matters, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind. I’m retired, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to devote to caring for your pets. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet would receive lots of attention, companionship, and supervision rather than being left alone for long periods. I can easily work around your pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, or quiet time. My goal is to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed by keeping their routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. I understand that trusting someone with both your pets and your home is a big decision. I will always treat your home with respect and care while making your pet’s safety and comfort my top priority. I pay close attention to routines, instructions, and any special needs to help pets feel secure and stress-free in their familiar environment. I’m dependable, calm, and attentive, and I believe in keeping owners updated with regular communication and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
