Pickup was even better - they summarized the visit, helped me get the pups to the car and even worked with me on a delayed pickup time due to my flight delays. They were amazing, we will be back. Leslie was absolutely amazing for our dog Beau. She provided several updates per day and just had great communication in general. We could tell how great of a time our dog had while he was there, it was an stress-free experience. We will definitely be rebooking with Leslie whenever we can!
Alma was beyond incredible. She took care of Bebe like one of her own for a week. She let her sleep in her bed, play in the backyard with her pups chasing squirrels and sent us plenty of pictures of her. Bebe has always struggled with traditional dog hotels, but absolutely loved staying at Alma’s.
