“Raven took care of my small yorky who is in his golden years with such great care & attention. I can tell that she has a passion for this. The regular photo updates, walks, and even a complimentary bath was truly above and beyond. I will be using Raven again for future dog boarding. 100% recommend.”

“I hadn’t used a service in ages and had to find one quickly to go out of town. I actually found several good choices (so that was reassuring!) but connected with Zachary - and he was close by. His reviews were TOP NOTCH with 70 reviews (anyone who can please 70 people and result in a still perfect 5.0 is amazing! I was initially nervous but after meeting him I never gave my animal’s care a second thought. You can tell he LOVES animals and is patient and puts their care at the very top. I can’t say enough positive things about him. I hope he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon! Thank you Zachary!!!!”

“My boarding experience with Kelli was great, you can quickly tell she is an animal lover which put us at ease as we are fairly new to Rover. Her beagle Mack is a sweet, older dog who gets along well with other dogs. Kelli was quick to respond to texts/emails and sent several pics which was reassuring. The nice sized fenced yard where the dogs can play is a big positive. I will absolutely use Kelli again.”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with Marquette. Her communication is excellent and my cat relaxed and got comfortable very quickly in her care. I definitely recommend!”

“I cannot express the utmost gratitude I have for Lilivette! I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! I would definitely be using Lilivette again for any of trips where I may have to leave Chuckie!!! if I could give more stars I would!!!!!”

“Jane was amazing as always. My dog stayed with her during a prolonged trip, and she provided daily updates. I feel completely comfortable leaving Ace with her, and he will be back.”

“Stella was great for Riley. In fact he is probably upset we picked him up as he got to go to dog park daily. Stella was accommodating as our flight got delayed and Riley had to spend an additional night. Will definitely see if Stella is available for the next time Riley needs cared for”

“Malisa was very caring and kind, and my girls very much enjoyed their stay with her. She has a house with a lot of space and a backyard (something that I don't have), so that was a great bonus for them. I will definitely be re-booking!”

“We are extremely happy with our experience having Melinda and Craig keep our Labradoodle Oscar! We got daily updates on how he was doing and he had so many playmates to match his energy! I completely recommend their services and will be using them in the future!”

“Jocelyn and her family took incredible care of our pup! She was very communicative and sent plenty updates to help us stay relaxed while away from our dog. She was also very helpful when travel plans changed - will definitely be taking our pup back to her again in the future!”

“Megan was a great sitter! She was very professional and she spent lots of time with my pup. She sent me lots of pics and kept me updated with his activities daily. I will definitely be using her again when I need someone to watch Frank.”

“Pamela was great with my dog, Tucker. She treated him like her own and I knew he had a great time. She sent wonderful photos and updated me throughout my trip so I was never worried. I highly recommend her as a sitter on Rover! We will be using her again :)”

“Justin and Brent were great as per usual! I know I can always trust them to take good care of my boy. They were super flexible when our plans changed and Westley had started a couple new medications since the last time we boarded and I knew I could trust they’d handle it all easily. Thanks as always for giving him a safe place to stay and play!”

“Cynthia was great. Always responded quickly. My baby girl seemed to have a good time. My doggy took a poop as soon as we arrived to Cynthias and she took care of it quickly and didn’t mind at all. I’m hoping she’ll be available the next time I go out of town. Cynthia also had another dog on premise and Alizé got along with her perfectly. 10/10, definitely recommend.”

“Stacy was great and communicative. Bruno was only there for a night and she took great care of him. I was getting home a little late and appreciate her for accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“Kim was AMAZING!! She’s extremely responsive and thorough with watching my two babies. She sent lots of pictures and updates as well as a sweet card with treats home with them. She definitely goes above and beyond. Will absolutely be using her again!”
“We absolutely loved our experience with this amazing couple! From the moment we dropped off Pepe and Penelope, we felt completely at ease. Meghan sent tons of adorable pictures and regular updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our pups were not only well cared for but truly welcomed like part of the family. Pepe and Penelope seemed to gain new best friends with their dogs, which made it even more special. It was a full Pom Party! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Lillian was absolutely amazing! She was flexible with our unpredictable schedule and she managed to get my high energy pup tired. I will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Carla was great! Super communicative and great about sharing updates, could tell she really loves and cares for dogs and Dolly looked like she had a blast! Will definitely use her again.”

Lynn was absolutely wonderful with Frankie! From the moment we dropped her off, we could tell she was in such good hands. Lynn kept us updated with sweet photos and messages, and it was clear that Frankie felt right at home with her. I even messed up the pickup times, and Lynn was incredibly kind and accommodating about it. It gave us such peace of mind knowing Frankie was happy and well cared for. We’re so grateful and will definitely be booking with Lynn again! ❤️

Zachary took such good care of Poppins and was also a great communicator. He enforced our house rules with Poppins, and took great care with her on stairs, as requested. Then Zachary was there at the curb to meet us upon pickup. A great experience! We will definitely rebook!

This was my second time using Nicole to watch Puddin, and she has been consistently amazing! She is caring, attentive, communicative, and always makes me feel completely at ease while I’m away. I would absolutely recommend Nicole and will definitely continue using her!

Tyler and Jordan are amazing. I loved that they sent pictures and videos of my dog. It was my first time boarding her and that was very reassuring to me. Thank you. Millie even seems a little more behaved than when I dropped her off. Will definitely book with them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Whitney. She was so attentive to my dogs needs and made sure to keep me updated. My dog, Rosie had a stomach issue during her stay (an ongoing problem she has had previously) Whitney went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and constantly kept me updated. I would recommend Whitney to everyone, my dog came back happy and healthy after her stay.

Jocelyn is an awesome Rover. Her home is centrally located in Dallas and near a fenced dog park, which is perfect for play time even in the summer. She sent great pictures and updates both days, and communicating with her was super easy. Highly recommend her and hope to work with her again next time I need boarding!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
