Trayce was great with my dog, Simba. Simba is an anxious dog and Trayce took extra steps to make sure him and I felt comfortable. Simba quickly warmed up to her. Lisde was amazing! This was my mini poodle Novu’s first experience with a sitter/boarding outside of staying with his grandma, so I was a little nervous about how he’d adjust especially since he recently moved to Dallas. Lisde made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. She kept him on a great schedule, shared picture updates, gave him the opportunity to socialize with another puppy for the first time, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his stay. Amazing sitter! Joanne was very responsive, reliable, and kept me updated every day with photos and messages. My dog looked happy, relaxed, and like he was having such a great time throughout the stay. It made me feel so much better knowing he was in good hands. Pacita and Alexander are the absolute best care givers for my little Dax! 🐶. He stays with them long term in the summer when I am abroad and I would not trust him to anyone else.
