Hi! My name is Silvana and I am the ideal person to take care of your best friend. I had a lot of experience when it comes to animals. I had several kinds of pets during my life and I know how important they are. I will make feel your pet as it were in home. I will listen and be mindful of all your pet needs and your instructions, I will treat them as my own family. I will take care of your pet as you will do it . Your tranquility is my tranquility, you will always know how your furry friend is doing :) Your best friend will pass a great time ! My house: I have a good size house with a big fenced backyard (about 6ft tall) , where your pet can have lots of fun. Your pet can play inside as outside as they want . I have some appliances in case you need them during the stay or just for them to have fun: -An XXL kennel , all sizes fits (For night , as how you instruct , and/or for transport) -A medium kennel (For night , as how you instruct , and/or for transport) -An small kennel for cats or small dogs (For night , as how you instruct , and/or for transport) -A big cat tower and cat toys (I DONT have a cat , I just want to make sure they have all they need for a fun stay ) -Lots of toys -Some extra bowls (including one slow feeding bowl) -And many treats to share !! SERVICE INFORMATION : -HOUSE TIME : My house is open for drop offs and pick ups from … • 7:30 am to 9:00 pm for boardings(8:00pm is the last time for drops off) •7:30 am to 7:30 pm for day cares •9:00am to 6:00 pm for sitter round trip option (in any service) , but please check each service drop off and pick up policies . ⬇️ -DOG BOARDING : •Dog Boarding services are only available for stays of 2 nights or more in published rate (If it’s a stay of only 1 night/24hours max - the price is $45 standard / $50 holiday ) •Special Care Fee: If your pet requires of special care, the price is $10 more (per night). • Pick up and drop off hours : Open hours for owner or sitter pick up and drop off are specified in house time . The drop off and pick up hours should be the same (ex: 7:30 am drop off & 7:30 am pick up / each night is 24hs) but I am very flexible about my schedule. I have a 2 hour tolerance for boarding for emergencies . After that a $35 standart rate or $41 holiday rate fee will be added(per pet) for 6h+ of extended care.Less 6 hours added the 50%. For stays of 30 days or longer the fee is not required . •Size fee : For pets over or of 50 lb, there is a $10 size fee per night (total night price will be : $45 on regular day , $51 on holiday). The pet's weight is an approximate reference; if your dog is large and close to this weight, it will be included in this amount. Puppy rate (under 1 year) $39 -DOGGY DAY CARE : Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 7:30 pm), A daycare day consist of around 9 hours . You can select the drop off and pick up hours but with a a max of 9 hours of difference . After the 9 hours , if more are needed , to the booking should be added a $5 fee for the extra hours (per dog , per day) •Special Care Fee: If your pet requires of special care, the price is $10 more (per daycare). •Size fee : For pets over or of 50 lb , there is a $10 size fee per daycare. The pet's weight is an approximate reference; if your dog is large and close to this weight, it will be included in this amount. (total daycare price will be : $30 on regular day , $35 on holiday. Up 50 pounds $40 regular day $44 on Holiday *Puppy ( less one year) $39 regular day and $44 holiday up 50 pounds $49 regular day $54 holiday * Daycare on weekend is holiday price and is depends availability.😊 - PICK UP AND DROP OFF ROUND TRIP OPTION : For the round trip , I have a range of 10 miles (It refers to 5 miles one way, five miles back.) . -CANCELLATION POLICY: I have a “7 day” cancellation policy , This means that if you have a reservation already confirmed and you need to cancel it for any reason, you have one week before the reservation starts to receive 100% of your payment, if you cancel it within the same week you will be refunded 50% of the first week of the reservation and 100% of the rest of the reservation if it is longer than one week. please refer to Rover page for more information . *Please when sending a request take on consideration that spaces are reserved only by booking confirmation, ( the payment made) Thank you - Bath and Grooming : (Only) Grooming and nail trim is not available for the moment. Please read!😊 This is a general notice for all clients with dogs with influenza, kennel cough, or any other flu virus, even if they are on medication, they will not enter my home. Even if you have a reservation, you must cancel your reservation and keep your dog at home. This is for the safety of your pet and the protection of other dogs. Please vaccinate your pets. Silvana was absolutely fantastic with my 4 month old puppy. My pup actually came back to me potty trained! She now alerts me when she needs to go outside. I think she may have learned this from the other pups, but I was super impressed!! My pup was with her for an entire week while my family was out of town on vacation. I will certainly use Silvana’s services again.
Visiting in the DFW area and needed a sitter for our Dachsund. Found Silvana and she was outstanding! It was obvious she treated the dogs as her own. All the dogs were well behaved and she sent many photos and videos throughout the day. We will use her again in the future!
As always Silvana is the best :). She took great care of Max. I trust her fully.
Silvana took excellent care of my energetic 8 month old dog. I never had to worry about how he was doing with all the daily photos and videos I received. My dog loved playing with the other dogs. I think he had his own fun vacation! Silvana had great communication and was very responsive to my messages. I will definitely use Silvana again.

Schedule
Rover is my current full time job. I stay at home with them and only go out if I have an appointment or for groceries . In this cases , I have support of my family (pets never stay alone :)

I have a big fenced yard for the dogs to go and play , as well as different outdoor and indoor toys for the dogs to enjoy 😊 Also different beds for them if they want to take a nap or rest .

A typical day
I wake up at 6 am for the dogs to go outside and do their necessities, and then they take breakfast in separate areas. During the day they are inside with me . They have toys to play and my family and I will also play with them . I have doggie doors if they want to play outside again. I am always outside with them to watch them and take photos and videos of them for their owners . They take lunch (depending on each ones feeding schedule ) and at night dinner . We go outside multiple times a day and I give them some treats during the day (when doing it always encourage them to some basic training tricks like sit or lay :) I close the doggie doors at night for them to stay inside where they sleep separately . I also have 24 hours active security cameras where we also monitor them.
