Our Rover calendar books up quickly, therefore please book early. * Due to Rover raising their fees to 30%, I’m forced to raise my fees. Your pet is cared for without the worry of other dogs being present, so there are no other dog incidents or diseases that will affect your dog. All dogs are given Brita filtered water and we follow all feeding and or medication instructions as requested. My wife Blanca and I are usually booked up for months in advance, therefore please book early. We also only book one client at a time, hence we have slightly higher fees. We have raised dogs most of our lives and they bring us great joy. We pay special attention to them and treat all dogs as if they were our own. We do not charge more for larger dogs like most boarders do! Our fenced in back yard is treated for fleas in between boarding’s. We traditionally only board one dog at a time, so individual attention is given, unlike doggie daycares that can be unsanitary and overcrowded. If a client has more than one dog we can accommodate them as well. We are both retired from Dallas College, therefore we have plenty of time to safely walk, play and most importantly, pay attention to your dog! We are well versed in handling dogs on walks with a leash, as well as playing games with them. We are very trustworthy and we understand how difficult it is to leave you dog with someone you don’t know, but rest assured we will treat them as if they were our own. I’m an avid golfer, ex-MMA practitioner and yogi who has no issues keeping pace with high energy dogs. My wife and I have yet to meet a dog that doesn’t love us and they always enjoy their stay and eat normally, as if they were at home. We are fascinated with the fact that they each have different personalities and we look forward to getting to know your dog’s personality. Although there are dog sitters with lower fees, we base our fees off of our dog/life experience, integrity, and individual attention. Please consider using our services and we promise that your dog 🐶 will be treated as one of the family in a safe friendly environment. For high energy dog, Tips are appreciated. John and his wife were absolutely wonderful with our two girls when our family went out of the country for vacation. He is easy to schedule with, great communicator, and most importantly - treated our dogs with love and care. The fenced in back yard and being only 1 client at a time were immensely important to us. They also fed and gave medication as needed. They sent daily photos and videos. We would love to book with them again!
It's always a huge piece of mind anytime John keeps Harper for us. She loves her time there!
Best dog sitters we have ever used, no question! They updated us several times while we were out. They gave our dogs the royal treatment. It is very comforting knowing they were with sitters who treat them on par with how we do at home!
John and Blanca were great to work with. They shared photos of him everyday and it seemed like he had a lot of fun spending time in their beautiful backyard. They’re usually fully booked but will definitely try to have them watch our dog again in the future.
A miracle dog sitter! I have a Golden Retriever who is 10.5 yrs old and recently survived cancer. Considering his situation of requiring special needs viz giving tablets and monitoring him closely I was leaning towards boarding him with my primary vet. But my dog at this age is also not very comfortable with other dogs and I did not want him to stay in a kennel the whole day. After primarily booking the boarding appointment with my vet within a week towards my trip I changed my mind and I quickly started looking for options and that’s when I bumped into John. His schedule was slammed and managed to squeeze a boarding appointment with John as his other appointment canceled upon him. Oh boy, is this not a sign of divine intervention? From being able to accommodate a meet/greet in the last minute, to taking care of my dog with medical needs, to sending updates on a daily basis with pics and the status of medication, to playing with him on a regular basis, to showing love/care/affection as his own dog (I have several pictures of him and my dogs bonding so well) and I can go on. I picked my dog up earlier today and he cried after we got home and was looking for John. Dogs don’t fold for money but they fold for love and this man gave my dog what he wanted. Thank you so much, John!
Leaving Harper with John is like having family caring for your pup! He does such a great job of sending pictures and videos, and we can tell they love our girl as much as we do.

Schedule
I’m currently retired, so I spend most of my time with your dog. I do errands but I’m usually done within a few hours. I’m an avid golfer, yogi and ex-MMA practitioner so I’m in decent shape and I can keep up with your dog.

I have fenced in back yard that is escape proof. I keep my yard and house treated to prevent fleas and ticks. I keep your dog safely inside for most of the time, except for potty breaks and to play..
A typical day
I can take your dog on walks, play ball or frisbee or whatever activity you prefer. I’m very observant of dogs behaviors and I will avoid any other dogs who may become aggressive. I’m very trustworthy and I have compassion for all animals but I have been a dog lover all of my life.
