Hi Lisde, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for taking such wonderful care of my four pets (Mable, Pye, Storm and Luke) while I was visiting in Dallas. Your willingness to care for them as a family, meant a great deal. It made it possible for me to take care of family issues without worrying about them. Your daily photos let me know that they were safe and in good hands. I could tell from the moment I got home that they'd had a great time — happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved the whole visit. They traveled back to Annandale, Virginia in good shape. Mable visited just about every rest stop on the way and the cats just slept... all together in one of their carriers. It means so much to be able to travel knowing my pets are in such caring hands. Thank you for going above and beyond — I'll definitely be booking with you when I visit Dallas again! Lisde was amazing! This was my mini poodle Novu’s first experience with a sitter/boarding outside of staying with his grandma, so I was a little nervous about how he’d adjust especially since he recently moved to Dallas. Lisde made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. She kept him on a great schedule, shared picture updates, gave him the opportunity to socialize with another puppy for the first time, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his stay. I’m so grateful for the care she gave him and will definitely be booking with Lisde again!

This is our first time using Rover over a traditional border and it’s safe to say we are way happier. Lisde gave us daily updates on our pups and they seemed extremely happy. It was so nice to be kept in the loop instead of finding out how our pups did when we picked them up. I really hope to use her again and recommend her to anyone who needs to board their dogs.

Schedule
Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because I spend a lot of time at home. This allows me to give pets attention throughout the day, keep an eye on their behavior, and maintain a calm and consistent environment for them. I try to keep their routine as close as possible to what they’re used to at home.
