About: Where every pup gets the royal treatment, personalized love, and endless playtime I’ve worked in kennels, whelping and transportation, boarding for private kennels and breeders and decided to adventure out due to my love of animals. Basic training, knows how to work with aggressive/senior/or disabilities, breed specific care and very knowledgeable on Brachycephalic breeds signs to avoid heat exhaustion as well as other conditions. I do not have any set or extreme schedules that will take me away from living your pet while in my care they are most important in every way. I keep spaces tight and clean, kennel disinfectants, bathroom breaks, walks, feeding times on schedule, making sure nothing gets in the way of care of your loved fur pet. If your pup is on medications and need anything specific let’s make a plan!
“This was the best stay my puppies have EVER had. They were so happy, but still happy to see me. They were cared for beautifully, and that is a job! And they got so much love and attention. I can't thank Taylor and Dave and Fin (and Trudy) enough.”

“Logan and Luciana took such great care of my Luna. He sent the perfect number of updates and pictures while I was on my trip. Would definitely book him again and recommend him to any one looking to keep their pet well taken care of!”

“Lisde and her sister were communicative sent many updates on how my dog was doing. Though I was not able to see their backyard other than in pictures due to their own rules, I did receive many happy pictures of my dog enjoying the space! I boarded my miniature pinscher at their house for a long weekend and it was a little off putting not seeing where she’d be with my own eyes but overall, I would rebook in a heartbeat!”

“This was my 2nd time to board Newman with Kelli, and just like the first time it was a great experience. Newman seems happy and comfortable going over there, and Kelli is very responsive and sends pics.”

“Dori watched my dog Ever for a week and was incredible! She sent me an update with pictures every day, which meant so much and made being away so much easier. Ever was in great hands and came back happy and well cared for. I’d definitely book with Dori again!”

“Selene is such an awesome sitter! We were very thankful for her taking our Pablo into her home and treating him like he was her own. She updates you throughout the times she is in care of your pet. We appreciate her and look forward to booking her again!”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with Marquette. Her communication is excellent and my cat relaxed and got comfortable very quickly in her care. I definitely recommend!”

“Shelly has been the perfect sitter. She’s fast with communication and has sent pictures everyday. I had to leave town for an emergency and she responded at 4am just to take Ollie in. Ollie’s time had to be extended for pick up and she had no issue in doing so. She’s been great and I would recommend to any fur parents.”
“Dawn was amazing w Sadie. She was happy the whole time she was there. Dawn was very accommodating with my schedule changes which were many due to the fact that I got sick and needed to delay my trip, bcs I couldn’t be around my sister whose immunity was down from a stem cell transplant. While I was there caring for her, I wanted to pick Sadie up on nights my sister was doing well and keep her overnight. Then when the worst part of the transplant caused her to go thru some very difficult symptoms and I needed to stay extra time, Dawn graciously kept her two more days, even tho she had out of town company. Granted her grandson made Sadie very happy and Sadie did the same for him! It was a relief to see she was having such a great time in the videos she shared bcs my dog really knows how to turn the guilt trip on me. I highly recommend Dawn! She will be very loving toward your pet!”

“Brittany is the best pet sitter a fur mom can ask for. Our jinjer loves going with her. Brittany updates us daily and is so good to our pup while we are away. This is our 3rd time using her. She’s the best.”

“I’m so grateful to the dog sitters for taking such wonderful care of Bruno and Shelby! They made sure my pups never ran out of food, took them on regular walks, and kept me in the loop with photos and videos. I’m sure they can’t wait to go back and stay with you—and hang out with Luca again! Thank you so much!”

“Where do I start…Patricia is everything a dog owner could ask for. She’s sweet, attentive, and very reliable. I received updates with pictures and videos around the clock. Never had to wonder or ask how my baby’s doing. Patricia was always one step ahead! She was truly a blessing to me and Sky, we will definitely be back!”

“Jocelyn is an awesome Rover. Her home is centrally located in Dallas and near a fenced dog park, which is perfect for play time even in the summer. She sent great pictures and updates both days, and communicating with her was super easy. Highly recommend her and hope to work with her again next time I need boarding!”

“Joanne did a great job! She sent tons of pictures, videos, and updates. My dog got sick while we were gone and Joanne took such good care of her. I feel so blessed to have found someone that cares and makes me feel comfortable leaving my girl.”

“Meghan and John took amazing care of Max! He had so much fun and they updated us with photos often. We so appreciate their love of pups and their kindness. We will definitely rebook!”

“Aubrey was so amazing! She is so sweet and took very good care of Halo!! Ruby is so friendly and Halo enjoying taking over her toys!! Looking forward to booking with Aubrey again!!!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Addison
This was Scandel’s third visit with Kristy and he had a great time. Communication via pictures and videos from Kristy showed us how much Scandel enjoyed his visit. When we travel, it gives us great peace of mine knowing that he is with such a thoughtful, caring sitter.

Katrina and Colton were absolutely wonderful with Bentley. I found them last minute and was so happy that I did. Bentley enjoyed his time there with them and their wonderful pup Winnie. It was also his first time warming up and being around cats which he found excitingly interesting! I would definitely recommend them. They treated Bentley like he was a part of their family and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby!

I boarded my cat Ollie with her for 12 days. She was very attentive with photos and commentary. Ollie seemed to respond well ( given his shy nature to new environments). You can tell she really does love cats and is good with them. No complaints here and appreciated the time she spent with him. He returned home untramatized with his away from home visit. Would definitely recommend for a piece of mind experience to take care of your fur baby. Am going to rebook now.

Diana took great care of my senior doggy, Huey. She was responsive, friendly and flexible with pickup and drop off times. I received pictures and videos of his stay along with updates, which I loved. Huey takes oral medication every day, and she had no problem keeping up with his med and food schedule. Diana also created his own little "sanctuary" for Huey to sneak off to in order to rest and recover on his own, away from her playful little doggy, Chloe. I truly appreciated her excellent care of Huey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
