But from start to finish, Jala made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. She went above and beyond for Leo not only did she provide boarding and monitoring throughout the weekend, but she also gave him a bath and specially cleaned his eyes due to his allergies. That kind of attentive, hands-on care meant so much to us. What really set the experience apart was her communication. Jala kept me updated with photos / videos the entire weekend, which helped ease my mind and let me see that Leo was adjusting beautifully and having a great time. The one thing I would mention is that I wish I had been informed upfront that she was boarding another dog outside of her own during a portion of Leo's stay. A heads up about that would have been helpful to know beforehand. All in all, I should've asked, so I take full accountability. Nice backyard with plenty of space. Sara watched another dog along with her own, along with her toddler. So, if that is a concern she may not be a good choice for you. Simba has a rather elaborate diet and she was able to follow it for the entire week we were gone, with pictures to show :) I would highly recommend anyone to book with her for their doggie stay!
Rachel and her family went above and beyond for Scout this week! They took great care of him all week and then when our travel was severely disrupted they kept him longer for us and were very accommodating to our constantly changing schedule. I can tell he loved being there with them!
We are so thankful to have found Bryn to watch our pups while we were away! She took such good care of them, that they didn’t want to leave! Sometimes it takes a day or so for our girls to warm up to strangers, but Bryn was so awesome that they warmed up to her super quickly and made themselves comfortable. She checked in regularly with updates and pictures and followed care instructions. If she had any questions, she made sure to ask. She has a wonderful area to take them out and walk them, that is very pet friendly! Our girls loved sitting out on the patio just watching everyone go by. They were given lots of love during their stay and we couldn’t be happier with the service Bryn provided!
