If you are bringing your pet for a home stay, you can be sure your fur baby will be well-loved here. We lost our two Golden Retrievers about 10 years ago and my boys, ages 15 & 16 have been begging for another dog. Pets are treated like family in our home. They are welcome to curl up on the couch or bed to watch a movie and snuggle. We have a very large backyard for running around and playing fetch. I am an avid runner and would be happy to take your sweet baby on walks and/or a run. I've done this for many years for my friends and my parents and it brings me joy just to be around dogs. Rest assured your dog will be happy and safe so you can enjoy your time away whether it is on vacation or just a day at the office!

Rachel and her family went above and beyond for Scout this week! They took great care of him all week and then when our travel was severely disrupted they kept him longer for us and were very accommodating to our constantly changing schedule. I can tell he loved being there with them!

Amazing Care for Our Dog! Our dog had a fantastic time! The caretaker was loving, attentive, and made sure our pup felt right at home. We appreciated the updates and could tell our dog was happy and well cared for. When we picked them up, they were relaxed and cheerful. Highly recommend—will definitely be back!

Schedule
I currently have my own massage therapy practice so I am gone during the day; however, my practice is three minutes from my house so I can come home frequently to let your pup out, go for a walk or just use the time to cuddle on the couch.

I have a large fenced in yard for your baby to run around in. My boys also love to run around and play fetch with the pups to wear them out! We allow dogs on our furniture and in the bed as long as the dog owner's approve (we like to follow the rules that owner's have in their own homes).
A typical day
I am an avid runner and would love to take your dog on a walk and/or run-through the neighborhood park or trails. If your dog likes to be around other dogs, we spend a lot of time with my parents who have a Golden Retriever or we can spend some time at our local dog park. You can also bet that my 15 & 16 year old boys would love to run around and play fetch with your fur baby!

- We prefer to watch dogs who are already potty trained. I am also not comfortable sitting for pit bulls as long as my kids are around.
