Availability
I work full-time remotely as a Project Manager, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. I’m available for walks in the mornings and after 4 PM on weekdays, and I have open availability on weekends for walks, drop-ins, or sitting. Because I work from home, I’m also able to provide plenty of attention and companionship.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I have a fenced yard and a two-story home, with my office upstairs where dogs can relax and watch the world through the window while I work. I still have plenty of dog toys and I love giving dogs space to play, explore, and feel at home. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I treat it with the same respect I would my own. I always aim to leave everything exactly as I found it and carefully follow any routines or instructions you provide so your pet feels comfortable and secure.

Information Frances W. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs, or special training that I need to maintain (commands, etc). No preference on breeds! For boarding, some information like how they get along with other dogs and cats, and how do they do in cars? Your dog must be house-trained, please.
A typical day
I start the day with morning walks, followed by midday and evening outings. Between walks, dogs get playtime and attention. For high-energy pups, we can run together in a nearby open field.

Playful Walks. Caring Sits
Pet care experience
I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and spent many wonderful years with my dog, Bentley, a 50-lb lab/pit mix we adopted when he was three. He started out a little nervous, but with patience, love, and lots of long walks, he grew into a confident and happy pup. Bentley lived to be 14 and loved nothing more than sprinting after tennis balls and exploring fields during our walks. After losing him in 2024, our home feels a little quieter. While we’re not ready to adopt another dog just yet, I truly miss being around dogs and would love the chance to spend time caring for yours. My husband and I did adopt a kitten last year named Ayla (which means “moonlight”), a small tribute to Bentley, who passed on the day of the total eclipse. I know how much our pets mean to us—they’re family. I’ll treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and love I gave Bentley. Whether your pup loves energetic walks, playtime, or just relaxing company, I’m happy to match their pace and personality. You can also expect clear communication and reliability from me. I’m happy to send photo updates, follow any routines or instructions closely, and make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. - Reliable and attentive - I treat your pet’s schedule and routines with care. - Photo and message updates so you can see how your pup is doing. - Comfortable with energetic dogs and senior pups - happy to match your dog’s pace. Feel free to reach out with any questions — I’d love to meet you and your pup!
Reviews

Frances was very communicative and very kind.. she provided pictures and a video of Blaze throughout their day. This was my first time using Rover and I’m glad I did. I would definitely book again ☺️

Such an amazing sitter. She’s so smart and knows how to handle dogs. She’s also the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Our dog has never really stayed anywhere before due to shelter anxiety, but Frances knew how to handle him and also care for him. If you need to find and trust a sitter, she’s the one!

Excellent dog sitter, took great care of Sitka!

I’m so grateful for her. She stepped in last minute during a really stressful situation and went out of her way to make sure Bravo was safe. She kept me updated with photos and messages, and I could clearly see how much happier and more relaxed Bravo was with her. Truly a kind and caring person — I can’t recommend her enough.
