I understand that attention to detail matters, and I’ll make every effort to ensure your dog receives the exact care you’ve requested so you can be away with confidence and peace of mind. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos along the way!
About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life and loved having four legged babies. I’ve spent years volunteering at shelters and then working a rescue. I’ve worked with many elderly and reactive dogs. They’re special to you so they’re special to me. I am in graduate school that is primarily online so I figured this would be a great way to occupy my time as well as have companions for my daily walks anyways. I live in a townhome with lots of walking paths nearby, I love to walk and exercise and overall have a pretty quiet little oasis here.
About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I’ve had personal experience caring for a variety of breeds, from Great Pyrenees to Yorkies and of all ages. I’d love to help spend time with and take care of your pet this summer! I am a teacher and will be off for the summer. I will have lots of free time during this summer to help meet your pets needs! I am willing to do whatever is needed to help make caring for your dog while you are away an easy and carefree experience for everyone!

Love that almost all the photos I get they’re out of breath and just always look so happy! Thanks Laura for Being their best friend, & never making us worry while we’re away! We appreciate all that you do!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and at a young age I started helping family members with their animals and that turned into helping the neighborhood as well. I’m currently working at a golf course part time and have a lot of flexible hours to take care of some furry friends in my down time. Safety is my number one concern and priority for your love one in my care. I will be caring for them like they are my own.
About: I’ve taken care of 4 dogs over the course of 6 years, one of them being my own and I would make their stay luxurious. I like to pamper the dog if it is okay, and give them the best stay ever. I am currently a college student, and working, and I don’t have to go office full day, so I am pretty much free all day. My parents are at home all day too and they can help. I take care of my dog by giving him plenty of treats and outdoor time, and I always give him kisses. I listen to what he says and make sure he is always having a good time. He is always bored though because of me being busy quite often and so I think pet sitting would be a great option for him to have company.

Thank you! As for my pet services, I prefer to meet at the owner's house, neighborhood, or apartment where the owner already has an established and suitable environment.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
