About: I genuinely love spending time with animals. I am responsible, patient, attentive, and treat every pet with kindness and care. Whether it’s walking, feeding, playing, or simply keeping them company, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I have taken care of my brother’s dog and love doing so! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for pets. I am available on weekdays except Wednesdays from 4-7 pm as I have a tutoring job, but after I am free in case your dog needs an evening walk or drop in! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions provided by pet owners, including feeding schedules, walking routines, and any special care needs. I am attentive, responsible, and will treat your pet and home with respect while providing loving and dependable care.
“Demy was great. Our pets loved her and we had no problems while we were away for about a week. She checked in with us often and provided excellent pictures. Her dog training background was great for our energetic pup. We would absolutely choose Demy again next time we need a pet sitter.”

“Aron was amazing for his first time sitting our pets at a very last minute reservation! Definitely will continue to utilize him as he was very communicative to us and nurturing to our pets!!”

“Our dog loved Alexis! She was an excellent sitter and we will be using her again next time we travel. Huge bonus points for picking all the toys she leaves around our apartment. 10/10 would highly recommend her to anyone”

About: I have had animals my entire life and especially love dogs. I already watch dogs and house sit for personal clients so figured I would try this out too. I have also trained dogs. Sit, speak, stay, whisper, shake etc. I am a real estate agent who works completely remote. I do not have any pets at the moment so my schedule is completely open to help out. I personally do not have any pets and am not allowed to have them in my apartment. I would prefer not to stay overnight at a clients home, I would like to just do walks and check ins. Am open to negotiations if there were a pet that needed special care of course.
“I cannot recommend Raquel enough. Leaving my dog in someone else’s care is not something I take lightly, I genuinely don’t trust just anyone with him, but she completely exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment she offered to chat, I felt a sense of ease and reassurance. She treated my dog like her own, giving him so much love, attention, and care. I received regular updates, photos, and little check-ins that meant the world to me and truly showed how invested they were in his well-being. When I came home, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for, which says everything. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely connects with animals. If you’re looking for someone reliable, attentive, and incredibly kind, she is it. An absolute gem of a human being.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been more than a hobby—it’s a passion. From dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, and hamsters, I’ve spent years learning how to understand, respect, and care for animals of all personalities and needs. For over 20 years, I’ve worked professionally in animal training, specializing in behavior, communication, and biomechanics. My career has taught me how to read body language, build trust, encourage positive behavior, and handle situations calmly and confidently. I believe every animal deserves to be understood as an individual, and I always tailor my approach to their unique personality. My passion for animals also led me to study veterinary medicine. Although I ultimately chose a different career path because I realized I wasn’t emotionally prepared to witness animals suffering every day, the education gave me a strong foundation in animal health, welfare, and behavior that I carry with me in every interaction. Today, I work in the airline industry and travel regularly, so I understand firsthand how important it is to know your pets are safe while you’re away. I also know how expensive pet care can be, which is why I aim to provide reliable, high-quality care at a fair price. Although I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet care. For years, I’ve looked after friends’ and family’s pets during holidays, work trips, and emergencies—whether that meant overnight stays, walks, drop-in visits, feeding, administering basic care, or simply keeping them company. My approach is built on structure, kindness, and fun. I respect each pet’s natural instincts and personality while maintaining positive boundaries and routines. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, senior, or simply needs a little extra patience, I’ll adapt my care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Safety is always my highest priority. I’m attentive during walks and outdoor adventures, keeping an eye on environmental hazards such as the high snake activity in our area, unfamiliar animals, and anything else that could put your pet at risk. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your beloved companion in someone else’s care. I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, respect, affection, and genuine attention to their wellbeing. My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in caring hands. When I’m on the ground, I work a regular 9-to-5 schedule, which allows me to provide pet care before and after work, as well as on evenings and weekends. I’m also happy to discuss special arrangements when needed and will always be upfront about my availability. I understand that every pet has different needs and routines. When caring for friends’ pets, I always follow the owner’s preferences, whether that means short walks, longer adventures, scheduled feeding times, play sessions, or simply keeping them company and safe. My goal is to maintain as much consistency as possible so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I live in an apartment with a safe balcony, which is why I stated that I only accept small to medium-sized pets at my place. Pets staying with me are welcome to relax and be themselves in a calm, loving environment. They can socialize with my two friendly and well-behaved dogs, or I can keep them separated if that better suits their personality, routine, or your preferences. I’m happy to accommodate crate training if your pet uses a crate, and I carefully follow any instructions you provide regarding routines, feeding, exercise, or supervision. Pets may stay comfortably at home while I’m at work, provided they are house-trained and comfortable being left alone for reasonable periods. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on creating a safe, structured environment where pets feel secure, respected, and well cared for.
“Every pet owner dreads leaving their fur babies when they’re away, but Casie really eased the anxiety for me and took great care of them and sent detailed care notes along with fantastic photos. She treated my cats like her own, and actually relaxed on my vacation knowing they’re well taken care of. Thank you!”
About: I have had dogs for 25+ years. They're a part of my everyday existence. I was primary caretaker for the last three dogs for ten years. I have successfully trained and retrained all of them "post adoption", and then again at every three year mark. I'm the "dog whisperer" in our family. Dogs are "better" judges of character than most humans, and they love me! I will treat your fur baby with the same level of love, attention, and care that I treat my own. I walk my own before the sun comes up, and again at night if its below 90. We do little training sets anytime behavior starts to slip. I take care of my aging parents, which occupies a few hours in the mornings and evenings. Outside of that, I am more than willing and able to take the proper time, attention, and effort that your pet needs and deserves. I can be flexible with your scheduling needs. Sometimes life is busy, but the "babies" still need prioritization. I have a fenced yard with a dozen grown oak trees for shade and yard play. There is also a pool where my current dog enjoys a morning cool down swim! Dog care in my home is very routine. Feeding and walking times are on a consistent daily schedule. All pills are marked clearly for time and dosage. I keep the treats to a minimum based on daily activity. I/we do treat them a bit more like "people" than dogs. They ARE family to us. We have never had a health or safety related "incident" that would fall outside the normal scope of animal health. Our family dogs have all lived long, happy, healthy lives. We spare no expense. They get what they need and then some, just as if they were a child.

About: I took some time off from Rover after 2020 and am excited to be back! I am a huge animal person!! I have always taken care of dogs, cats, and even smaller animals. This includes walks, feeding, bathing, going for runs, and just anything to make the animal happy! My boyfriend and I both work remote so we are able to play with your animals while you are out. We both also volunteer at the Irving Animal Shelter and have helped foster dogs. We have two private dog parks right next to our home with a fenced in side yard. I also work remotely so can take your pups out for walks in the middle of the day! I have cared for senior pups to puppies and everything in between. I am happy to be energetic it’s the younger dogs or calm with your senior baby!
About: I’ve taken care of friends and family’s cats and dogs for many years and always enjoy each pet’s unique personality. I love tailoring my visit to what your pet needs; whether it is an energetic walk and playtime, or a chill hang on the couch. I’ll be there for your pet however is needed! I currently work 30 hours weekly, giving me flexibility for pet care. I'm available early mornings and afternoons for walks, drop-ins, feedings, and companionship. I create a safe, familiar environment by following your pet's routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication, and plenty of attention and care. I am also available to meet your pet beforehand so they can be familiar with me before caring for them while you’re away.
About: Dogs are a big part of our lives! I've been caring for other families' dogs for the past 3 years and have spent my entire life around dogs, both my own and within my family. My fiancé and I are home full-time, which allows us to provide plenty of attention and flexibility to match your pet's routine and needs. We have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need extra patience and care. Providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for every dog in our care is our top priority. Your pup will receive plenty of affection, playtime, walks, treats (with your approval), and cuddles while staying with us. Our friendly dogs, Koda and Kaia, love meeting new friends and will help your pet feel right at home. We treat every dog as if they were part of our family and ensure their stay is fun, stress-free, and full of love. I am currently in a hybrid nursing school program, and my fiancé works from home, so we are both home full-time. We are able to let the dogs out, play with them, and walk them at any time. We live in a home with a fenced backyard and an open floor plan. There are many places for your dog to explore and play with our dogs :)
About: I bring over 40 years of pet sitting experience and a lifetime of genuine love for animals. I’ve had dogs since I was 16 and have spent most of my adult life caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’m pet CPR certified, with 15 years of veterinary technician experience and 10 years of professional grooming experience, giving me a strong background in health, safety, and hands-on animal care. I’m fully comfortable with administering medications, caring for seniors, managing special needs, and recognizing early signs of illness or stress. I provide a clean, calm, smoke-free, drug-free, alcohol-free environment and approach every pet with patience, kindness, and respect. Whether you need overnight care, house sitting, or help with pets needing extra attention, I offer reliable, knowledgeable, and loving care that gives both you and your pets peace of mind. Pet sitting is my full-time work, so it fits naturally into my daily routine. I plan my days around the pets in my care and make sure they get consistent attention, companionship, and structure. Because this is what I do full time, I’m available throughout the day for feeding, walks, playtime, check-ins, and any special routines your pet needs. I only take on the number of bookings I can comfortably and safely manage, so every pet gets focused, reliable, high-quality care. When your pet is with me, they’re never an afterthought—they’re my priority. In the client’s home: When caring for pets in your home, I maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. I follow your feeding schedule, walking routine, medication instructions, and any household rules your pet is used to. I give them plenty of companionship, playtime, and supervision so they feel comfortable and secure in their own space. I also respect your home by keeping everything clean, tidy, and exactly how you left it. In my home (if you plan to offer this): If a pet stays in my home, they receive constant attention as pet care is my full-time work. I provide a calm, smoke-free environment and make sure they have a safe, comfortable place to relax. Pets get regular bathroom breaks, structured feeding times, and lots of love and engagement throughout the day. My goal in either setting is to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for, and to give owners complete peace of mind.

About: I've grown up around all sorts of pets! I'm comfortable around any size and breed of dog, and I'm able to follow whatever instructions you need. I'm currently in university and working part-time. Regardless, I'm able to stop by as frequently as needed, and more than willing to housesit within my schedule. However you need food prepared, or whatever time you need a walk done, I can be sure to do it! Any sort of medications or treatments can be done if needed. I pride myself on my flexibility and willingness to help.

“Evan has been wonderful. He was able to accommodate me on short notice and my babies love him. He was punctual and kept me up to date with drop in cards notes. I will definitely be working with him again.”

About: I was a competitive horse rider from age 5 through college, and I've always had a deep passion for all animals. Mucking stalls, walking dogs, house sitting, and caring for animals (dogs, cats, cows, and more) was my main source of income from childhood into my late teens. I work a full-time job (8–5, Monday through Friday) as a food equipment rep, but I am available most evenings and weekends. While I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, she currently stays with my mom to keep her dog company while I'm living in an apartment—so I love having the opportunity to spend time with and care for other animals! I have previously owned horses, a Doberman, a Labrador, a German Shepherd, and other large breeds—plus plenty of experience raising puppies! You can trust that your best friend, regardless of shape, size, or breed, is in great hands with me ❤️ If you have any questions or specific concerns about your pet's needs, feel free to reach out so we can make sure I’m fully prepared to keep them safe, healthy, and happy! Availability I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but I am available for pet care most evenings and throughout the weekend. Feel free to reach out to coordinate specific times or drop-offs—I'm happy to work around your pet's schedule! Location & House Calls Because I live in an apartment, I am unable to host pets at my home. However, I am more than happy to travel to you! I can drop by your home for visits, walks, and feedings, or stay at your house so your pets can remain comfortable, relaxed, and safe in their own familiar environment.

“Frances was very responsive, timely and took wonderful care of my pet while I was away. Went above and beyond in his care and ensured I felt safe leaving my dog while gone on a trip”

“This was our first time leaving our cats for vacation. Sally did an amazing job taking care of them while we were gone! She paid attention to the different needs both of our cats have and went above and beyond to spend time playing with them and making sure they were doing well. She sent frequent updates and pictures so we felt like our cats were in great hands during our trip. We will definitely have Sally watch our cats for any future trips we take!!”

Literally the best ever!! I’ve used Megan the past year for almost every week, and she comes over and walks my dog and also brought her dog with most of the time which was perfect! She kept me updated 24/7, sent the cutest pics, made sure my pup went to the bathroom and got play time, and was just the biggest life savor this past year! 10000% recommend!

First time using the Rover app I took a chance with Annabelle and she exceeded my expectations 100 fold very friendly, punctual communicative immediately gravitated to her if you’re looking for a dog sitter who you can trust with no worries 100% recommend thank you Annabelle for your hard work!
Alicia has been so wonderful with my sweet girl, Lexi. This is my first time using a Petsitter so I was a little nervous. Seeing her check-ins has completely alleviated any worries I had I leaving my dog to come one else to care for. I am a fan of this service and always feel like I’m kept informed of my dogs welfare. Thank you, Alicia!

Sandi is amazing! She has so much knowledge about dogs and shows so much love for my baby! She keeps me updated during her visits with texts and pictures. I hate when I’m away from her all day (I’m retired so her life is with me, except on days when I’m “working” judging gymnastics and gone for 12-13 hours! Sandi lets me know she is on her way, and the pictures she sends are amazing! Last visit I got a video of her walking in calling for my girl. When she came running wiggling, wagging and kissing warmed my heart!

I am so delighted to have come across Svenja. As soon as we met her for a meet and greet, we knew we hit a jackpot. You can feel her sincerity and trustworthiness. Our dogs like calm people with a positive aura. Svenja ticks these boxes (and more). Our dogs need medication and can jump around on the leash when there is some prey around. No problem for Svenja. We know we’ve found our “go-to” dog sitter.
